Buzz Cut Boy

"Good morning class, today is your first year as sophmores at Beacon hills" my teacher said as I was slouched down in my chair. It was my first year at beacon hills, I just moved here from Arizona where it was warm year round and all my friends were there but we had to move because of the accident.

"Kate, would you like to introduce yourself." My teacher said everyone was staring at me I sat up in my chair and introduced myself "I'm Kate, I moved here from Arizona and miss all of my friends and know no one." I said slouching back down in my chair. "Great hopefully you'll meet new friends." My teacher said "me too." I said in my head. The rest of the class was a blur I was tired from unpacking and school is just tiring.

The day was almost over and the bell rang for us to go to lunch. As I walked through the halls clutching my brown paper bag with my lunch in it which consists of a ham sandwich goldfish and water. I arrived to the cafeteria and sat down at a table with a bunch of people talking about how there "so excited" to be sophomores honestly I don't get what's so great about being a sophomore I mean your just getting older.

I finished my lunch and went to go throw everything away when this kid with a buzz cut ran into me and knocked red juice all over me. I gasped at the cold bright red juice hitting my body and everybody in cafeteria looked over at me and laughed "I'm so sorry i didn't see you are you okay." He said "I'm fine." I said with a fake smile. I threw my trash away and looked back at the boy that spilled juice all over me he was looking at me and had a little bit of guilt on his face.

The cafeteria went back to normal and I walked to the girls bathroom I looked in the mirror and there was bright red juice all over my white shirt and it looked like I had an accident in my pants, what a great first day of school.

The lunch bell rang and i tried my best to get it out but I think I made it worst I was opening my locker when a group a girls came over to me and the "leader" with bright red hair started talking "sweetie, you might need this." She said handing me a pad "What?" I said confused. i looked down and saw the stain of red juice bled through and looked I was on my period. The girls started giggling i spoke up "oh it's just a misunderstanding, see this kid spilt juice on me-" I was cut off by that girl "I don't care what happened just fix it." She said throwing the pad at me. I felt my face flush red of embarrassment and my eyes were tearing up.

I had no jacket to cover it up with and I couldn't do anything. I looked over and saw that guy at lunch watching everything that just happened. I grabbed my books I needed for class and as soon as closed my locker that guy was behind "hey I'm really sorry about that." He said "it's fine." I said the bell rang "crap,we're gonna be late." I said "it's fine they let you off the hook the first day" he said "oh and hey here you can wear this if you want to help cover up the accident." Hey said handing my his Black zip up jacket with 2 little lacrosse sticks. "Thank you, this will help." I said with a little giggle, he giggled too we said bye and went to 4th block. I mean buzz cut boy isn't so bad after all and he's really cute. wait no, it's the 1st day of school I cant already like someone.

4th block was chemistry and that redhead girl "Lydia Martin" was in my class.yay. She's such a diva everything has to be perfect or its not right. "welcome class to chemistry, Hope you all are having a great first day..." that's about all I heard the rest of class I rested my head on the desk and I guess I ended up going to sleep because I woke up to my teacher nudging my shoulder, I sat up in my chair and the whole class was looking at me and laughing. "Kate? I believe, are you okay there is no sleeping in my class." He said "I'm sorry mr. Long it's been a really long day." I said he rolled is eyes and continued the lesson.

Before I knew it the bell had rang and it was time for us to go home. I really didn't want to go home after everything that's happened, but I guess I had too. I grabbed my backpack from my seat and but my books in it. I walked out of chemistry and out the school door I heard a voice calling me "hey hey, wait up," I looked back and it was buzz cut boy from lunch. "Oh hey." I said with a smile." Do you want your jacket back?" I said he chuckled "no that's ok, just give it to me tomorrow or something." He said "ok, and I never got your name?" I said to him " oh yea sorry I'm stiles still-" he was cut off by this boy who was pretty cute too, he had long flippy dark hair " wazz up my boi." He said jumping on stiles almost making him fall over "nice to see you too." Stiles said to the boy "well anyway I'm stiles and this my friend Scott." Stiles said "what's your name?" He said "I'm Kate, I'm new I just moved here and so far you guys are the only people I know." I said with a chuckle they smiled "well Kate, nice to meet you we'll see you tomorrow, oh and sorry about what happened at lunch." Stiles said " it's ok, your jacket really helped." I replied with a smile and started walking home.

Buzz cut boy isn't so bad after all or now so called stiles.
