Appearance: Dusk is a black melanistic Bengal cat with piercing pale yellow eyes. He's average weight for a RiverClan cat, with a short and sleek pelt. He's not incredibly muscular, but he's stronger than he looks at first glance. His tail is long and thin, good for balance.Dusk is very elegant in his posture and movement. He treads softly and delicately, moving with the grace of a python. Predictably, he's almost as stealthy as a ShadowClan cat.

Personality:Dusk, above all, seeks peace. This can come in all forms: he likes his peace and quiet in everyday life, he likes having peace of mind and keeping his things organized, and he abhors fighting between the Clans.Dusk views the other Clans as equals, unlike some other cats in his Clan, including his former mentor. This contributes to his leadership skills.He is, however, a bit pretentious. This might come from him being the son of former deputy Rippleshine, but it's mostly his natural personality. Some cats are put off by this, as well as his habits towards perfectionism. So, although he always means well in diplomacy, his efforts don't always land correctly.Dusk can also be very stubborn, especially when he wants perfection in the day-to-day lives of his Clanmates. He can't tolerate chaos or disruption even in their smallest forms. However, his stubbornness also manifests itself in his loyalty, one of his strongest traits. If you're his friend, he'll be loyal to you to your dying day. However, towards foes... Dusk can hold grudges for even longer.
A well developed personality though some things are a little confusing.

Family: Father: Rippleshine. A high-achieving and proud RiverClan deputy who, unfortunately, never became leader after the double murder committed by his arch-enemy and former leader of WindClan, Brightstar. (Dead) Mother: Ivyleaf. A RiverClan queen, formerly a warrior and one of Rippleshine's closest friends when they were kits. She was competitive, but not overly so, and while she pushed Dusk to become stronger, she was never overbearing. (Dead) Clan: RiverClanThats a pretty good contrast...
Backstory: Duskkit got his warrior name, Duskflower, just as tensions between RiverClan and ThunderClan were rising into a potential war. This was partly the fault of Duskflower's mentor, Spikestripe. Spikestripe hated other Clans, and was intentionally provoking them. Just as the two clans were about to go to war, Duskflower met a cat from ThunderClan, Oakroot. Oakroot befriended him and together, the two toms planned to stop the war. They succeeded, and their clans became allies. Duskflower had joined the Dark Forest when Oakroot brought him there. Oakroot thought it was just a training ground for strong warriors. They told Duskflower, however, that it was a place to unite all of the Clans in strength and peace. But Duskflower found out the truth. Then a Dark Forest leader, Orangeleaf, found out that Duskflower knew the truth about the Forest as well. So Orangeleaf killed Oakroot and said that StarClan did it because he was training in the Dark Forest. Duskflower believed it, and became a full Dark Forest warrior. He now saw why the Dark Forest was against StarClan. They were terrible! They had killed his friend! However, he still wanted to use the Forest to unite the Clans, as they had told him previously.
After many moons, a war between RiverClan and WindClan started. At the time, ThunderClan was busy with ShadowClan, so RiverClan had no allies to protect them. Brightstar, leader of WindClan, sought out as much bloodshed as she could (for reasons i will not explain here) and killed first Ivyleaf, then the current RiverClan leader, Swiftstar. Because there were two wars going on at once (ThunderClan was fighting ShadowClan), an emergency Gathering was called. No one expected it to go well. During the Gathering, Brightstar killed Rippleshine in front of everyone. Duskflower tried to confront her, but she ran away, never to be seen again. (i will explain this when i submit her ok) Afterwards, RiverClan had no leader or deputy, so the medicine cat decided the next leader. Lightspeckle, the current med cat, chose Duskflower.
Duskstar, now leader, refused to make peace with the new WindClan leader, Goldenstar. His usual open-minded nature could not accept this. The war continued. Remember how Duskstar was in the Dark Forest? This was when he became truly useful to them. They got him to feed them information about the war to prolong it, while telling him that they were trying to help end it instead. The Dark Forest's plan was to bring so much chaos and bloodshed to the living Clans that even StarClan would start fighting itself, making the Clans stop trusting them. And eventually, they did. This was when they could let the war end. A peace "treaty" was made between the Clans, and the fighting stopped. And Duskstar thought that this accomplishment was his own. No cat trusted StarClan anymore. After what had happened with Oakroot, that was exactly what Duskstar wanted.

So I like this backstory.His family and personality make sense.I don't see evil ocs alot.I do like this oc.He is very unique.
