Demon

I opened my eyes. I heard something. I don't know how long I have been asleep under this big tree here.

"Still can't find them?"

I can heard a voice.

"Not yet. But I think I smell something. I guess it's a human."

My eyes widened. Did they mean me? What should I do..

I'm scared. They're demon right?

I want to run. But my legs is shaking right now. Yuugo.. help me!

I can hear their footsteps become closer to me.

This is it.. I guess I will die here.

Sayona-

Wushhhh !!

Something carried me! And it's so fast that I can't open my eyes !

"Hey there, stop!"

I don't know what to do. If I resist, I will die. Even if I not, this thing that carried me also will kill me.

Either two, I will die anyway. I don't care anymore.

To my other siblings..  please live. Be safe. I love you all and thank you for everything.

I close my eyes. I can't hear any voice now. But I can hear a breath. The thing that carried me already stop and breathing hardly.

"Hey, you're safe now." That thing said to me.

"What?" I opened my eyes again. Automatically I step back. My legs are shaking.

"De-demon.." I've been caught.

The demon come closer to me. I'm in tears right now. Please go away..

Actually I'm not ready to die. I'm scared so much.

Seeing my tears, that demon stop from coming closer.

"Don't worry. I'm not going to eat you. I'm just saving you from them.  Trust me." It said.

Like I will believe that. Is there a demon that didn't want to eat human? Impossible!

"Then.. please let me go.." my voice shaking.

"If I do that, they will find and kill you. Do you really want that?"

I shake my head. "But you also will kill me right?"

"No. I will not. I don't eat human you know."

"Liar.."

"Okay. It's up to you want to believe it or not. I will just sit here and you can do anything you want. But if you far from me, I can't save you like what I did earlier."

I stare at it. How many times I look at it, it's very sure that he is not a human. With a long and sharp finger, of course it a demon.

How can I trust it?
