I can see the fire everywhere.

This lab-building is in fire!

Even so, I still sat on the bed watching the fire getting bigger and bigger.

Its really hot right now. And to be honest, i hate feeling hot. I don't like summer at all. But I like winter. I like cold.

That's why, this is perfect chance for me to meet 'him'. I will meet him soon.

I'm going to die here. Because of fire.

Actually we made a promise to meet at certain place after the fire start, but of course I have no intention of fulfilling that promise because at the beginning I already plan to die here. Without telling him.

If not, it's so sure he'll never agree that and trying to save me.

Soon after that I felt myself lifted. When I opened my eyes, Norman's face appeared with an anxious ripple.

"N-Norman..?"

"Hey, hang in there! I will get you out of here."

"No. Leave me here. I don't want it." I refused. Did he come back upon finding out I was not in the promised place?

"I will never do that! Please live."

"No. I never have intention to live. I just want to help you and others out of here. Excluding me."

"Why? Please don't say that."

"I already gave up on my life."

"No. Whatever you say, we will get out of here together. Safely. If not, I'll never forgive myself and regret it for the rest of my life."

"I said just go! Leave me alone!" I yelled.

He quite. Even so, he carried me bringing me out of here.

I struggled but his hand was really strong. A few minutes has past, finally we are out from the building.

I can see many human outside. Maybe they're being rescued by Norman and others.

Norman put me down. I cough because of the so many smoke i have been inhaled.

"Boss.. I'm glad that you're okay."

So they called Norman as their boss.

"Yeah.." Norman nod.

"Who is that girl?" Someone ask.

"She's the one that helping me with the plan. If not her, the chance for this escape is zero."

Oh my.. aren't he a little bit exaggerating?

"Woah really? A little bit late and she'll get burn by the fire."

Norman stared at me. I tried my best to not look at him. Somehow it felt like he is angry to me even though his face is always gentle.

"When I look closely, she is pretty! Seriously."

Urgh.. thank to that, i felt uncomfortable as everyone right now are staring at me.

Suddenly Norman grab my shoulders, make me raise my head to look up at him.

And then, he hug me!

So tight that i can hear his breathe.

"Forgive me for not realizing how bad you've been through as you give up on your life."

It's comforting. I felt calm in his hug. Tears slowly running down from my eyes.

"I'm such a fool. Too focus on the plan without knowing your true intention."

He keep blaming himself. Please don't say that.

But I can't open my mouth to say it.
