Chapter 3: Is he okay?

NOBODYS POV

Leafy was sitting by a tree reading a book, she was getting really into it up until Taco approached her and stood in front of the green leaf

Taco cleared her throat which gained Leafys attention, she set her book down and looked at Taco,

"Hello, Taco! What's up?" Leafy politely greeted

"Hey Leafy, can I talk to you about something?" Taco sat next to Leafy who nodded in response

"I think Firey is...trying to tell you something without really saying it out loud...perhaps you should maybe see what it may be..?" Taco shrugged slowly and Leafy let out a sigh

"I mean- he doesn't hate you! It's more different it's like-"

"I don't LIKE him like that anymore, I'm purposely playing dumb and friend-zoning him." Leafy cut Taco off and the leaf continued,

"I used to like him romantically back in BFDI but due to our past experiences I think it's better we stay friends rather than be something more, I also like somebody else so I guess I'm over him already. Just don't tell anybody, okay?"

Taco nodded with her mouth open, "Ohh okay, thanks Leafy." "No problem, see you later." Leafy smiled and went back to reading.

TACOS POV

I walked away from Leafy and started making my way to the Have Nots team house when I entered and went to the living room, I looked around looking for Firey.

I made my way to his room and knocked on his door, and when I heard a faint "Come in" I opened the door to see him curled up in his bed.

"Hey, Firey..." I calmly greeted him,

"Hey, Taco..." He responded gloomily

I felt a bit sad and made my way to his bed and sat across from him, "Soo..friendzone?" I asked trying to somehow start a conversation, "Well, it's not just that, I have a very bad headache is all."

"Ohh, have you tried painkillers?" I asked and he nodded I furrowed my brows, "How else are you feeling?" I asked, "Well...I'm hearing faint music in my brain and banging..." The deadly flame explained, "Ah, I understand why you're trying to sleep, you might be having musical hallucinations I'd try and sleep too if I were you, is this the first time, or has it been going on for a long while?" I tried to get a bit more information on his symptoms or whatever.

He paused for a moment, probably thinking, "No..as soon as I laid down to sleep it started."

"Huh." I nodded before putting my fingers on my chin to think.

"Maybe you should go and ask Golfball and Tennisball," I suggested before getting up from his bed and walking out of his room.

"Will do!"
