Chapter 5: Gloomy possession

Have you heard the story of 'the Valedikaya'?

A spirit forever bound in a completely different society from ours, these things are merciless and will murder anybody to go to heaven.

It is said that whoever is possessed by a Valedikaya, musst do as the spirit says, because the second you start refusing..that's for the spirit to decide..

A valedikaya only has one mission, kill everybody that the possessed individual knows.

It is known that these creatures move to different places in a black smoke, it affects a certain aspect of the brain which -REDACTED-

But, who would believe in such a tale anyway...

Fireys brain-hallway is quite long, some doors are locked, some of the doors of the rooms look clean and brand new but on the inside, the room was slowly disappearing, some vines were growing on the ceiling, it may sound like a bad thing but it isn't. It just shows how much of an imaginative person he is.

In the end, you could see the outside with a strange oval-ish shape on the floor. Nobody knows if it can be opened— it's just there.

Everything looks fine.

He is creating a new scenario! Well— he has played this before...

It's him and Leafy hand in hand going on a stroll in a forest, how sweet.

This 'mini Firey' isn't Firey, it's kinda like Firey jr, he has his thoughts but is forced to work by Firey. Not that he is some abusive manager or something- he just doesn't know.

This mini Firey is flawless, it follows orders and does them correctly, all that stuff. But he has one flaw.

His fear of the valedikaya.

Though rare, you never know if your body will be taken over to kill without you wanting it.

The thought shakes the clone, he pushes it behind his head and continues his work.

But, his work was soon disrupted when he thought he saw something in the corner of his eye.

He quickly let go of the mini Leafy and looked behind him, only to see nothing.

"What are you doing?!" Mink Leafy yelled in fear, "I thought I saw something.."

"The only things here are us! No need to be scared!" She pinched the bridge of her nose in annoyance

Before mini Firey could respond, he saw a black shadow form into what looked like a ghost and he watched in shock as it stabbed its hand right through mini Leafys chest.

The leaf immediately disappeared. Mini Fireys worst fear had come true.

This brain was under a valedikaya attack.

Panic flooded the worker's veins as he quickly tried to find a way to save his creator without ending up like his now-dead coworker or possessed.

He heard the valedikaya giggle, "Bingo."

Bingo. The last word he heard before he was swallowed in darkness, he wasn't Firey, he wasn't anything, he was..there..no where..it's like he closed his eyes to fall into a deep slumber.

It let out its last breath before dying.
