I showed up to school the day before I move.

"Welcome back Elena!" everyone in my class yelled.

I looked at my classmates and all of a sudden, memories brought me to tears. I remembered how much fun I had together as a class.

I immediately wiped off the tears on my eyes. I gave everyone a hug as well as my teacher.
Then I returned home and packed for tomorrow's flight.

The next day we arrived at the airport early in the morning. We carried packages and suitcases into the x-ray scanning system. The security told me to step through the body scanner and he searched my whole body for safety. I gave him a strange look.

When we got on the plane, I get the middle seat. My mom sit next to the window and my brother sit near the aisle.
I didn't get that much sleep last night so I fell asleep leaning over to my mom's shoulder.

We finally landed in Ohio. My mom woke up me up and I got off the plane to get my suitcase.

I was a little nervous to see my grandma, my cousins, my aunt and uncle, then lastly, my dad. I haven't seen him since I was 3. This is my first time in 5 years to see him.

We got to the airport and the next thing I saw was my family. I quickly ran over to my dad and give him the biggest hug. Follow up next was my grandma.

We got in my dad's car and drove home to my new house.
I was amazed at how big the house is. I got inside the house and explore every single room.
I was happy to see that moving wasn't as bad as I thought.

I unpacked everything and get a pair of pajama out.
I took a nice, long shower from that 24 hours flight.

My grandma served us dinner and we all gathered around the table. We have a conversation about random things.

My grandma and everyone else returned to their house.

My dad showed me my room and I loved the way he decorated it.

I brushed my teeth then say goodnight to everyone.

As I lay in my new bedroom, I welcomed my new life and say goodbye to my old one.
