*HAYES'S POV*
(PREVIOUSLY-)
Bella said sorry to Matthew, I don't know why but then she started walking over to me and just what I didn't expect happened.
"WHATS THIS SUPPOSE TO MEAN GRIER? I GO TO MATT BECAUSE HE MAKES ME HAPPY UNLIKE YOU, WHO MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I'M NOTHING, I MIGHT BE SHY AND ALL THAT SOMETIMES BUT, YOU CAN'T JUST SAY STUFF BEHIND MY BACK AND THINK ITS OK!"
I was so confused.
I just replied with a "I-I-I I'm sorry Bella!" and ran out the door.

As I sprinted down the hallways I opened the door and just as I wasn't expecting it I fell down the porch steps that Matt has in front of his house. Right when I was about to get up someone walked up beside me and was asking if I needed help up the voice was familiar a little too familiar. Yep, Jordan..
She held out for hand and i grabbed it and she helped me up, but then she pulled me into a kiss I tried not to kiss back but I missed her so much, yeah she might be a brat sometimes but she is a beautiful girl and I feel like she might actually care about our relationship now. So she pulled away and spoke
"I have missed you, do you wanna go on a walk?"
"Sure" I said smiling like I missed her too but the smile was not fake, it just appeared on my face.
*BELLA'S POV*
As soon as he slammed the door, Matt made it less awkward and went to go make us some smoothies. I kinda just sat there thinking of what I have done I hope I didn't sound like a jerk to him. I then heard a big thud vibrate on the floor so I got up and walked to the window and sat on the ledge of it and just took a peak out the window and then I realized that he had fell but then my worst enemy just happened to appear in her skater skirt and crop top with wedge boots on, Jordan she helped him up and then I saw there eyes lock on each other and out of know where they just started making out like they haven't seen each other in 75 years, I got a little jealous my eyes started to tear up, I tried to push them back, I couldn't hide my feelings for him forever but for right now he can't know, plus I don't need him I have Matt.
Matt came back with our smoothies and sat on the ledge beside me, handing me the cup and looking out the window as well, he saw what was happening and knew i wasn't happy.
"You don't need to see that, it will just disappoint you." he said while pulling me away from the window and sitting on a bean bag.
"I know, but i need to tell you something." i said kinda shyly
" What is it Bella? You know you can tell me anything." he said sounding concerned
You can do this Bella.
I said over and over and over again in my head before finally speaking.
"Well, You promise you won't tell?" i said questioning him
"promise now will you tell me?" anxiously asking
"Okay fine, well i have a crush on hayes but you can't tell anyone and i like being friends with you but i don't know how i feel about you." i said regretting it after i said it
"Really? So you have a crush on hayes and I?" he said with shock
"Yeah I think I do." I said embarrassed
He put his index finger underneath my chin lifting it up so our eyes would connect.
"You don't have to be ashamed of liking who you want to plus I like you to." he said with confession
He left the room in a hurry and went down stairs and then before I knew it he was back up with roses and a little present wrapped with ribbon around it. He handed me the roses and then got on his knee.
"Will you Bella Marie Carpenter be my girlfriend?" He said finally with hope.
"Yes!" i said excited.
He handed me the gift sand picked me up into a hug and lifted me off the ground just a little. Gently setting me back down I opened my gift.
As i opened the box it was a little alex and ani braclet that said "FOREVER YOUNG" on it i stood up to him and gave him a tight hug and then asked him with a question.
"Wait how did you get all this stuff fast?"
"I told you i like you to, so i got the stuff the other day and was gonna bring it with me to he park and ask you there but then i got scared and just wanted to find out how you felt as well" he said with a smile
I smiled at him and thought to myself
Will me and Hayes still be friends.
Will this ruin mine and Matts friendship if it doesn't work out.
Will Matt be scared to tell people I'm his girlfriend. I don't want him to be embarrassed because of me.
I pushed those thoughts to the back of my mind and asked Matt a question.
"You wanna go walk around the lake?"
"Sure!" he said grabbing mine and his phone.
Handing my phone and putting his index finger underneath my chin lifting it up to him so our eye met Matt said " Bella we r gonna be fine i can see that you are worrying and honey there is nothing to worry about you'll see."
I felt butterflies in my stomach and smiled at him giving a cute but shy nod.
Grabbing the keys Matt and I walked outside and closed the door and started off.
After about 30 minutes, my stomach was about to roar.
"Matt, do you wanna get an ice cream?" i said
He replied with a sure and being a gentlemen like he is, payed for mine as well. We went and saw a bench and both went to sit on it. We started licking and eating our ice creams and the Matt went and got us some napkins.
As I was finishing my ice cream i saw two familiar figures walking holding hands. As they got closer i started looking harder and harder of who it was the it appeared to me Hayes and Jordan.
I got up and looked back and me and Hayes made awkward eye contact, he turned to Jordan and kissed her, it made me hurt but i knew he was just trying to fire me up and get jealous and mad at him so i did the complete opposite, i walked over to Matt and grabbed his hands and kissed him making sure hayes was looking.
