Meisie's POV

"THE orthognathic surgery is refers to the surgical correction needed to fix substantial abnormalities of the maxilla." He showed us a skeletal jaw, and pointed to the adjacent jawline.

Oo. Sya rin ang Professor namin sa Anatomy. And that's worst!

"This is the upper jaw, and the mandible, lower jaw, or both." "The abnormality may be a birth defect, a growth defect, or the result of traumatic injuries to the jaw area..." He uttered and looked us. "So if you're going to surgery the jaw, make it safe."

Argh!

Napasabunot nalang ako sa sarili kong buhok.

"Miss Vallejo, are you with us?" Naka kunot noong tanong saakin ni prof. Tumayo naman ako at tumango.

"Yes. Prof." Sagot ko.

Ngumisi syang tumingin saakin. The fuvk?

"Oh! So what are the 3 classifications of malocclusion?"

"Malocclusion? I think hindi mo pa iyan, nadi-discuss sa 'min, am I right?"

"What?" I mouthed

"I already discussed that, Ms. Vallejo. Sadyang wala kalang sa sarili mo." Banat ni prof Zeke.

"Oh! Sorry prof." Mahinahong ani ko.

"Don't be, just answer my questions. Ms Vallejo."

Napapailing akong ngumisi saka sinagot ang tanong nya. "Class I Occlusion –This malocclusion means that the lower anterior incisors sit directly behind the upper anterior incisors when the patient bites down. This is considered less destructive than Class II and Class III malocclusions..." huminga ako ng malalim saka nag salita ulit. "Class II Malocclusion – This is identified when the lower anterior incisors lie significantly behind the upper anterior incisors during the biting process..." tumigil ako saka tumingin sa kanya. "...in some cases hitting the soft tissue behind the upper incisors. This is commonly referred to as an overbite and can cause discomfort, bone damage, excessive wear of the front teeth, and tooth loss." I explained it. He's so annoying, Err. I hate him!

Anong akala nya saakin, tanga? You bastard, Zeke. I hate you so much!

"And the last?" Naka ngiwing tanong nya, umirap naman ako saka nag salita.

"Class III Malocclusion – This is commonly known as an underbite and occurs when the lower anterior incisors and lower jaw are positioned beyond the upper teeth... making the lower jaw much more prominent than the upper jaw." I looked at him. "Can I have my sit, prof?" I asked sarcastically

"Very good..." Naka ngiwi syang tumingin saakin at kumindat. Fuvk!

"Can I have my sit, prof?" "Thank you." Ani ko saka umupo.
