RISHI LETS GO

Rishi looked around himself, and found all of the fifteen who held him, dead, burned. Their bodies were charred. Some of them couldn't even be recognized. Then, he looked down. His heart skipped a beat.

Rishi was not on the ground. He was almost a meter above the ground, floating in the air, which was forming a kind of a platform, acting as a propeller perhaps. He was flying. Rishi, then, did the obvious. He muttered to himself, "I am flying!"

In front of him, Sid's mouth opened as much as it could. Aitri's eyes widened in shock. Rishi smiled at her. She smiled back, relief returning to her face. Weird how Rishi had forgotten how to smile for quite a bit of time now.

"Oh my God!" Vihaan cried, "What are you, freak?" He was already taking steps back.

"Even I don't know. But, you said you felt a thunderstorm coming? Here's your thunder."

Rishi raised his right arm, lightning flashed on the sky, and struck his palm like he was holding the lightning bolt. Rishi pointed his hand towards Vihaan's right. The lightning bolt hit the fence wall behind, and the wall broke.

Sid, meanwhile, got over his shock, and picked up his gun. "Vihaan!" he screamed, "Take the girl and go. Get to the garden. He won't find you there. Go!"

Vihaan untied Aitri's hands, got hold of her, and ran towards the maze. Rishi flew after them, before Sid pointed his gun at Rishi. Seeing Sid pointing a gun at him, Rishi's anger doubled. He had a flashback of their last meeting when Airish had, heroically, given his life to save him. He raised his arm again, and summoned more lightning. Just when Sid was about to shoot, Rishi zapped the gun with another bolt. Sid was left shell-shocked. Rishi could see Vihaan pulling Aitri with him into the maze garden. He descended and landed on the ground.

"You killed my friend." Rishi screamed at Sid, "You killed my girlfriend's brother."

Sid was absolutely speechless. Rishi raised both his arms and summoned more lightning bolts. He pointed his arms towards Sid, and struck him with the bolts. "This is for him." he said, while the bolts burned Sid to death. His charred corpse crumpled to the floor.

Rishi sprinted towards the garden. He couldn't look inside, and he definitely didn't have time to figure out the maze's way. So, he thought. He took a peek in his brain. What else was among Thor's powers? He tried to remember. He had read how Thor, by controlling the air's velocity, created storms so violent, that he could blow away giants much bigger than him in size. Rishi concentrated on the air around him. He pictured the air growing more and more violent in his mind. He pictured a stormy day. And then, he spread his arms wide.

The wind changed speed. It changed sound. It became vigorous. It shrieked like a ghost. And then, it started to rain. To the storm's violence, the trees blew away. Rishi hated uprooting trees, but he knew he had to do it. He tried very hard to keep the storm away from Vihaan and Aitri. In a matter of seconds, the storm blew the entire garden away. All that was left was the scattered soil, and Vihaan kneeling on the ground, and holding Aitri at gunpoint.

This man never learned. Even after all this massacre, he still had the nerve to use that gun. Rishi controlled the storm again, and the gun flew away from the hands of the Drug Lord. Rishi said, "Here's your storm, Vihaan." Vihaan threw Aitri on the ground, and stood up. Rishi willed the storm to stop, and air around them slowed down.

"You won't win, freak." Vihaan said.

"I won't?" Rishi laughed hysterically, and said, "Look around you, Vihaan. You have already lost. Your men are dead. Your special security maze is gone. I killed your right hand man. I burned him."

"I am still the Drug Lord, the most powerful man in Pankhpur, and..."

"And after ten minutes, my best friend, Ritabrata Sarkar, owner of the Sarkar Enterprises, will take up that role. More importantly, the ladies of Pankhpur will be safe from your monstrosity."
