Passing out is nice. You have no worry whatsoever. Just lay there, like you do not care. But when you wake up, you expect everything to be normal. As if you were just sleeping, and you woke up. But in his case, Rishi wasn't so lucky. Rather, when he opened his eyes, he freaked out even more.

Rishi lay on some road. It was kind of weird. The road had seven colours- the colours of rainbows. It was long, and all empty. Rishi could not see the end of it. Around him, the sky, or whatever it was, was stormy grey. Slowly, Rishi started to make out this road he was standing on. He was on the bridge that connected the humans and gods. But that is impossible, right? His brain agreed to that, but his mind, not so much. In the last, who knew how much time had passed by, whatever Rishi had experienced, he was starting to believe that anything was possible. He was trapped here, on this rainbow bridge. What was its name again? Bifrost, maybe. Anyway, he had no idea how he got here, and no idea how to get out of here. How wonderful!

Just then, lightning cracked. Alright, that was definitely the sky. Nice to know. Next, thunder roared above him. And out of nowhere, Rishi found out that he was not alone on this bridge. But the size of the person right in front of him scared him.

The man was tall, close to eight feet. He wore a dark brown cloak, which he soon abandoned on the ground. Now, Rishi could see this man properly. He had long red hair, nicely shaped red beard, and blue eyes. He wore a grey (Rishi was tired of that colour now) sleeveless vest, black pants and boots. He had broad shoulders, a broad chest, and broad biceps. He had wrist braces on, that were metallic. On his waist was a metallic belt that seemed to be made of the same metal. And to that belt, was attached a hammer Rishi knew pretty well.

"Thor!" Rishi asked, and realized that his mouth was wide open.

Thor smiled. His smile reflected power, energy and also, warmth. His eyes were full of kindness, for now. He walked towards him. As he came close to him, he spoke for the first time.

"Saptarishi Roy, welcome to this world."

Rishi was not surprised by the high pitched voice. It was exactly what he had imagined Thor's voice would be like. But what surprised him the most was the accent Thor spoke in, and the fact he knew his name. The accent was weirdly unknown. It was not Germanic, and not British, but a mixture of that. It was, as he wanted to put it, 'divine'. And gods are omniscient right? Maybe that is why he knew his name. While he thought that, the god spoke again.

"Aren't you going to ask me why you are here?"

"What? Uh, yeah. Why am I here?"

"For the world."

"What?"

"Yes, my boy. The level of sins in Midgard is increasing."

"Um, what?"

"You know my daughter, I believe?"

"Your daughter?"

"Yes?"

"No. I've read about her. I never met her, of course."

"Very well. And who is that?"

"Your daughter? Thrud."

"Correct. And she is..."

"She is the goddess of flora?"

"Yes, but, you don't know. Recently, she is the Valkyrie Queen. It has been a century, I presume. Now, let us walk, while I explain to you why you are here."

Rishi should have felt crazy, should have said no. But everything about him being there, right in front of the most popular Norse god ever, felt right, somehow. Hence, he accompanied Thor.
