As usual Y/N found herself lost in the TV screen backstage as the Scottish Psychopath Drew McIntyre had a dominating victory over Dean Ambrose in a Last Man Standing Match.

Y/N was attracted. She knew about it. May be others would call her fascination with Drew a 'crush' but the term itself seemed too stereotypical to Y/N. She admired him, she loved watching his matches and she could very well feel the vibrations surrounding her when she saw him. She was infatuated with him, she shyly admitted to herself.

'Well, guess somebody's got a crush!' Y/N heard Nattie's voice from behind. The sudden statement made her heart jump in fear and embarrassment.

Y/N looked around holding a serious face. 'When did you come?' She asked in her natural polite tone.

Nattie smirked. 'When you were busy drooling at Drew, perhaps.' The Canadian winked.

Y/N felt vulnerable all of a sudden. Perhaps, it was the universal problem with introverts. No. She was never going to let her heart out.

'No.' Y/N shook her head playing indifferent. 'It was a great match. Yoi should have seen it, Nattie.' She played cool.

Being one of the most experienced female in the wwe roster, it wasn't too hard for Nattie to figure out the strange discomfort within the younger lady but knowing Y/N as the introvert person, she let it pass.

The same continued for months and perhaps, an year. Y/N always watched Drew from far, despite being in the same roster. His matches, his sculpted physique, his Scottish accent everything felt so warming to her. But, Y/N being Y/N was too scared to approach the Scottish superstar for a talk.

This was probably a result of her two failed relationships from past. In both the relationships, she had tried to love her partner unconditionally, but that was never reciprocated. She was cheated in both occasions with her heart broken and feeling so low about herself. From then, she had refrained from getting into a relationship and focused mostly on her career, family and girl-friends which she felt was enough for sustenance.

She often searched about Drew on Google but she never actually reached out to know if he was single. She once heard about his broken marriage with the beautiful Teryn Terrell who she remembered wrestling in an indie circuit when she was 17 years old.  But now, she wasn't sure. Of course, someone as hot, charming and talented as Drew definitely wouldn't be single. May be he had someone just as beautiful as Teryn or may be more.
Y/N almost perceived Drew as a star that she could see shining from far but never get to touch or even get closer to it.

Y/N was busy rehearsing her and Nia's segment with Charly Caruso. Nia wasn't here yet. So, Y/N saw Charly and made sure she practiced enough to give her best shot for the interview.

'...and Charly, that's the reason I see Nia nothing more than a frustrated bully who has nothing better than to play a crab and pull down every single person down who trusted her as a friend.' Y/N said with utmost intensity, impressive Charly.

'And what about Nia, now having Tamina by her side? Is that gonna be tough considering you have to enter the Samoan Slaughter House all alone?' Charly questioned the exact thing she was supposed to in the real interview.

Y/N chuckled. 'Charli, the biggest thing I've learnt from life is you are strongest when you are alone, with only yourself to depend upon and...'

'Charli!' Y/N's rehearsal was cut off by a familiar husky voice.
The recognition of the voice made Y/N's heart stop.

She turned aside to see Drew McIntyre walking to their direction. With wet hair falling on his face and the black trench coat adorning his body, he looked nothing less than a Greek God.
