"Speaking" 'Thinking'

Izumi trembled in the tired looking older man's arms. "L- let me go!" Izumi screamed struggling in the man's grasp. The man had an annoyed and angered look on his face.

"What the hell were you thinking! Are you trying to get yourself killed!" The man screamed back. Izumi struggled even more as she began to get more and more agitated. Izumi was both slightly scared but also furious that she let the man capture her. 

"What do you think I was doing, saving the kid! What, was I supposed to walk away and let her die!" Izumi screamed back at the man finally loosening his grip on her. "If I hadn't been here what do you think would've happened huh, there was no hero that even dares to look back here, was I supposed to just let her mother sit there and watch as her daughter gets killed!" Izumi screamed as tears streamed down her face from both the pain and harsh memories.

The man was speechless, what she said was true, no hero would willingly wander through dark alleys. The man watched as the girl's tears streamed down her face. All of a sudden the bright blinding light from earlier that day appeared once again, and just like that the girl's wounds were completely healed as if they had never been there to begin with. 

The man stared at this with a dumbfounded expression on his face. Izumi turned around towards the the villain and kneeled down. Izumi cut a small slit in her thumb and wiped it on the man's forehead incasing him in the same emerald light.

"What are you doing!" The man screamed out reaching a hand out to stop Izumi from using her quirk. 

Izumi glared at the man and leapt out from his range of sight. The man was completely incased in the emerald glow then woke up. "What do you want him going to prison with a broken spine?" Izumi asked. "Heroes just keep getting worse and worse nowadays don't they." Izumi said as she walked over to the mother and child duo.

Izumi knelt down towards the trembling couple then placed a hand on the both of them and encased them in the same glowing light. The little girl looked up from her panic to see beautiful pale green eyes staring back at her. The little girls panicked face became a gleaming smile as she saw her savior kneeling down in front of her. Izumi smiled back at the child slightly blushing. Izumi had never seen such an angelic little smile in her entire lifetime. 

Izumi looked up towards the smiling weeping older woman, then brought her into a tight hug to stop her tears. "It's alright now, everything's fine." Izumi whispered in a soft tone trying to calm the woman. 

Next thing that was seen was the older woman, their savior, and the little girl all hugging each other like their lives depended on it. Izumi went to let go and stand up ready to disappear when suddenly she felt a familiar cloth wrapped around her torso. Izumi let out a fake whimper of pain causing the man to slightly loosen the scarf, Izumi easily slipped out of the cloth and hid behind the now angry older woman.

The man grumbled as he looked at the older woman's fuming face. She looked as if she would become the villain if he made one more move towards her savior. Izumi sat there with a large smile and proud eyes on her face as she looked back at the older man.

The man grumbled then wrapped the villain in the capture gear and disappeared almost as fast as he had appeared. Izumi, proud of herself, was getting ready to leave when she felt the slightest tug on her pant leg, which was still stained with her own blood.

Izumi looked down to see a sad little girl staring back at her. Izumi knelt down and patted the girl on her head now looking back towards the mother.

"Would you mind coming back to my café with us dear, I'd like to repay you with something to eat, or maybe just a drink." The older woman said looking at Izumi in the eyes.

Izumi sighed and looked back towards the little girl who had a pleading look on her face. Izumi smiled at this and nodded her head in agreement.
