The young boy walked inside the convenience store. Almost midnight, and he was dying out of hunger. Dragging himself towards the food corner, he took whatever caught his attention.
All he want is to calm his hunger.
Taking his feet ahead, he picked his favourite grape juice and placed it on the shopping cart. He slid his way towards the counter for paying the bills, when accidentally he bumped into someone familiar he never wished to.
With no time, he immediately hid behind one of the shelves, peeking his head, he noticed the plushie shop's owner. After today's incident, he can't face her. Not when he has already embarassed himself.
She was standing far away from where he was, if he directly walks ahead without stopping then she won't notice him and he also needs to get home as soon as possible.
Putting the hood above his head, he made sure it was enough to hide his face. He took his first step ahead, and walked straight towards the counter.
Alas, his luck wasn't with him.
The girl noticed him, by the corner of her eyes she noticed HueningKai's tall figure dragging himself towards the counter.
"Excuse me".
Her feminine voice called as Hueningkai gulped down the lump in his throat. He wanted to ignore her, but it'll seem rude if he walks away without listening to her words.
"I'm sorry, but can you please help me?". The girl asked.
He shut his eyes and prayed for a help. 'What should I do?'. He asked to himself, not wanting to face her. But, he was a good boy. He turned around, but his purple hood was hiding his face.
"You called me miss?". He asked.
"Yes, I'm sorry to bother you but can you give me that?". She pointed at the chocolate box high above the shelf.
With no time, he immediately took the chocolate box from above and gave it to the helpless girl, and he immediately disappeared out of the girl's sight.
He immediately ran out of the convenience store, it felt embarrassing and he regret coming to the store today. Taking off his hood in frustration, he bit his lip. He kicked the floor with his foot, and heaved a sigh.
