Two weeks passed and Dalyun and HueningKai turned into friends. HueningKai has been visiting the shop daily just to give a company to Dalyun. The two grew closer each day and have created a comfortable atmosphere between them.
"How was your test?". The girl asked, sipping on her juice.
"My paper went smooth, but I had some problems in solving the equations". HueningKai answered.
"It's okay, as long as you pass your exam. It's enough". Dalyun spoke, flashing her usual bright smile towards her friend.
It would be silly to say that HueningKai was quick to fall in love, no, he didn't fall in love with Dalyun, she is too sweet that he don't deserve her. Well, let's say that, in these two weeks of spending time with each other, HueningKai has grown fond of her.
He is no more awkward around her, she gives off a warm aura. There's a tiny crush he has on her, never knew that fate will lead them this way. And, each day the feelings grows more.
He wants to confess but, he doesn't wants to ruin their friendship either.
"I hope my dad won't be disappointed by my maths results". HueningKai spoke, staring at the results paper on his hands.
"I'm sure your dad will understand, it'll be more better if he gives you a second chance". Dalyun softly patted her friend's back, comforting him.
"Let's hope for the best". The young boy let out a laugh as Dalyun nodded her head.
The couples sat in a comfortable silence, the idea of Dalyun inviting him to a park after HueningKai's exam was a better idea for fresh air. The two enjoyed their evening time, while admiring the pink blossom trees which stood in line.
'Swoosh'
Suddenly, a heavy wind swamped inside the park, blossom leaves started to fall off from the branches, landing on the muddy ground. The heavy wind slapped the two couple's face, covering Dalyun's face with her hair.
"Ack! Disgusting". Dalyun snorted in disgust, she tried to remove the hair off of her face but the wind slapped her face once again making her groan in annoyance.
HueningKai covered his mouth preventing himself from laughing, Dalyun may seem to notice only for her to throw a sharp glare at him. "Stop laughing". Dalyun rolled her eyes.
"I'm sorry but seems like the wind doesn't like you".
"Only if you had long hair". The girl puffed her cheeks in annoyance, she later froze when she felt a cold hand stroking a piece of hair behind her ear.
HueningKai noticed Dalyun's discomfort after his sudden contact, he immediately pulled his hand away and stood up from the bench.
"It's quite late, I think we should go now". The young boy stared at the sky, the sky which was once blue like an ocean turned into a mix shade of orange, yellow and pink, with white clouds hovering above.
"Ah, yes". Dalyun jumped off from the bench, brushing her outfit. She surprisingly locked her arms with HueningKai and to her surprise, her young friend didn't mind.
"We should directly go home since it's getting darker, right Dalyun?". HueningKai asked, looking down at the short figure of his friend. Dalyun silently nodded her head and soon the two couples made their way towards the exit of the park.

The couple walked by the side of the street. HueningKai wanted to leave Dalyun to her home safely, but Dalyun declined and told him to leave her to her shop and so, he did.
"We are here". The two of them stopped on their tracks, once they realised that they have reached their destination. Dalyun remove her arms from HueningKai and walked towards the entrance of her shop.
"It's cold, HueningKai. Want to grab some coffee before you back to your home?".
"No, mom is probably worried so I'll go now". The young boy shook both of his hands, declining the offer. "See you tomorrow, Dalyun". He turned around to stepped forward.
"Wait". But, Dalyun immediately turned his body by holding his arms and with no time she tiptoed on her feets and pecked his cheeks. "See you tomorrow". She flashed a smile to the young boy before dashing inside her shop, leaving the boy alone outside.
HueningKai stood there, no emotions caught him, he was just blankly staring at the ground. His hands held onto that cheek where Dalyun pecked it and it started to turn red.
The corner of his lips curved up into a smile, he rubbed his cheeks softly and stared at the shop once again before making his way towards his home.
The feeling he was getting, was different from any other feelings he has ever felt. Was it because of Dalyun?
