After that day back in high school, Sai and Ino had started dating. Sasuke being the genius that he was, finished college earlier than anyone else, and joined his old family business, run by his elder brother, Itachi.

As for Naruto...well, he didn't have alot of money so when Sai offered him the job, he took it wholeheartedly, and that's how he financed himself for college. But as soon as Naruto became his secretary, Sai had tried his luck more than once with the blonde. Hoping for the blonde to realize that he had made a mistake and that the Uchiha wasn't good enough for him after all.

Sasuke wasn't up for his boyfriend to take the job to begin with, but Naruto did what he had to at the time, he didn't want any favors from his boyfriend, despite the raven having asked him numerous times to join his company. The blonde refused, saying that working with him would complicate things, so keeping that in mind, he never told Sasuke about Sai's advances towards himself, in fear that his boyfriend being as possessive as he was, would make Sai pay in ways even the blonde couldn't imagine. And the problem was, Sai wouldn't hold back either. So, for everyone's sake, and the handsome salary he got from his job, he decided to handle the situation himself. Because unlike many of his friends, he didn't have a rich family, or any assets to his name, just him and his hardwork.

As for how Naruto got into a compromised situation with Ino...well that goes way back to their high school days, way before he and Sasuke started dating. Naruto, like Sasuke, was a heartthrob at The Leaf high school. He had always been a happy-go-lucky dude, friend to everyone, respectful, studious and insanely hot. Neither Sai, nor Sasuke had interfered with their lovers' activities, accepting that they had to get it out of their system at their own pace. Flashback:

Naruto had just gotten free from his class and was heading to his boyfriend's apartment. He was looking forward to his date tonight, he hadn't seen his man since a whole week because of their tight schedules. His boss had gone abroad, and he had to work extra for an upcoming official event. He missed his raven beauty extremely, and on top of that, he was horny as hell. The blonde man judged the situation and the distress in his friend's voice, "I'll be right there Ino. Just hold on and don't hang up the phone", he put his phone on speaker and took a sharp u-turn towards Ino and Sai's place.

The couple lived in a mansion in one of the posh areas of the city. Naruto hurriedly parked his car in the driveway and made his way inside the house with the key Sai had provided his friend cum secretary for emergency purposes only. Well, this was it. He stepped inside and frantically looked for his friend. He called out her name a few times when he heard a sound from one of the rooms. He made a run for it and quickly opened the door and stepped inside. Upon entering, what could be seen was a pregnant blonde woman sitting on the side of the bed, she was only wearing a bra, and she was crying. Naruto immediately moved and sat beside her as he held her against himself, trying to calm her down.

"Ino sweetie, what's wrong?", he asked, worried.

"I-I'm five months pregnant Naruto, my hormones get the better of me most of the times. Sai hasn't been here since sometime, a-and I felt so scared and alone", she sobbed, burying herself deeper into the alpha man's embrace, "I-I didn't know what to do or who to call I-"

"Shhh it's alright Ino, I'm here now, you're not alone anymore", Naruto tried to calm her down.

The woman kept crying, hanging onto the man for dear life. They sat there for what felt like hours, until the pregnant woman lifted her face from the broad chest, towards the man face. They both looked at each other, faces merely inches away, till the space was filled by the woman who had leaned in for a kiss. Although Naruto had felt next to nothing, he still kissed back, caressing his friends long, silky locks. Ino melted into the kiss, and she was now sitting on top of the blonde man, straddling him with her naked, pregnant lower body, with arms around his neck. She pulled out of the kiss...

Ino was having none of that, she immediately grabbed her phone and dialed a number, the phone got picked up after two bells...

"Baby baby! I-I-I...yes, Naruto's here...please yes please", she had started crying onto the phone, then handed it to the confused man in front of her.

The blonde said hello into the phone, "Hello Naruto", it was Sai, "It seems my wife is having some problems since I've been away. I...I request you personally, to help her with anything that she needs. You have my permission, and I promise you'll be rewarded however you want".

Naruto put the phone down, as if in deep thought. It's just sex with Ino. It wouldn't hurt, he thought. Now that he knew that it wouldn't complicate things with his boss, the blonde took a deep breath and kissed the pregnant woman, which led on to them having sex on his boss's marriage bed.
