35. Daisies

Fifth Year:

"Can everyone give their attention to here please?"

We all stopped talking and the whole attention was on Professor McGonagall. She cleared her throat and continued on. "Your Professors and I decided to prepare a school trip for next week. As much as muggles don't know about us witches and wizards world, we don't know theirs either. To discover this different world, starting this Sunday, there will be school trips to muggle museums and cities."

Half of the great hall clapped and cheered, while the other half groaned and yelled. I looked over to Teddy and he gave me thumbs up.

"Tomorrow at 8:45, you will be given papers for your parents to sign. To attend these events you have to be at least 15." more yelling and complaining filled the great hall while Professor McGonagall sighed and continued. "5th year Hufflepuff and Gryffindors will be first, on Sunday morning, exactly at eleven am. They will be going to V&A museum in London. 5th year Ravenclaw and Slytherins will be-"

V&A museum? I don't think I heard it before...

"Okay, so who is going and who is staying?" Fred whispered to us, leaning in on our table.

"I'm stay-"

"Who would miss this?" I whispered excitedly without paying attention to James. "I'm already excited!"

"Yeah, me too." James agreed.

I looked at Roxanne while Teddy coughed. "Ahem ahem, simp, ahem"

Roxanne smiled. "I think I will enjoy that, yeah."

Fred did drums on the table. "Everyone is going then, brilliant."

"Ooh, maybe we can even find a couple of handsome boys." Roxanne nudged my arm and I just scoffed.

Yeah right. Like we will be able to find good looking girls and boys in a freaking museum.

James rolled his eyes. "I really want to know where you got the idea that there are good looking boys in a museum. The only good looking one will be me when I go there."

I answered before Roxanne. "If all the good lookings look like you, I think I might pass."

Teddy and Fred quietly laughed and high fived behind James while he just gave me a look.

Dear Mom and Dad,

I hope you're doing alright since the last time we talked. How is Great Great Grandpa Antony, our family paint, doing? Is he still mad to our neigbors, Alderidges? If he is, you can let him know that, their grandchild isn't really good at school either.

I'm not sure if you know, but Hogwarts prepared a school trip for us, and honestly, I would love to go. It will be this Sunday, in London. I hope you will let me go.

P.S. Dad, Gryffindor won the quidditch match we had with Ravenclaws! It was awesome! If we continue like this, no doubt we will win the quidditch cup!

I closed the envelope after putting the signing paper in it with my letter.

Travis was next to me, eating his banana and waiting for me to finish my letter. I stroked his head and gave him the letter.

He looked at me for two seconds before flying out of the window.

I got up from my chair and turned around. "Hey, Alice- ooh, I like your hair."
