You have found all the equipments and a video which contains pictures of Russia, a kid and an abandoned house. In this abandoned house you will see all of Zayn's pictures of him and his family, you will also find his two parents dead.
As you go up you will see a camera containing Mr and Mrs Miller crying and a stranger man (Hawkeye) laughing before he shoots them dead but there is an envelope left on the table. It contains pictures of what looks like a hideout, chemicals and plans on how to use Zayn without harming him. (Figure this part out)
