On the founding date of the Kingdom's birth, a young girl was born
The king and queen many tears they called forth, for the many people who would now adorn
The girl who became The Reluctant Queen
The girl's name was Leaf, the daughter of King Aaron and Queen Rose
After efforts that caused them lot of grief, they could finally breathe a sigh that they would not lose
Growing up was harsh, as the girl struggled in life
Life in the palace felt like living in a marsh, as she dealt with a lot of internal strife
For she was to become the reluctant queen
A lot of things in life caused her pain, and the strain once called forth much rage
But with one friend all the emotions she couldn't contain, she could repair all the damage
The queen she was to become(become
Was greater than any one man could anticipate(could anticipate)
Her reign was a cycle of tears and sweat, strife and grief(strife and grief)
But also an age of gold that would come(that would come)
And she would come close to the only king named The Great(The Great)
Her name would be spoken with the utmost respect, for she was their Queen Leaf
In came change in the day of the princess, the people's king died in bed
While the queen would be riddled with stress, she too would end up dead
to make way for the reluctant queen
The Council Of Elders would decide, that she was to be the next queen
That day a part of her soul died, as she was only yet still a teen
She was not ready to become the reluctant queen
Yet through struggles and frustrations, would she lead the kingdom through peace
But she would always wish to oppose the foundations, to make the suffering of the people cease
And soon enough a day came, a celebration of victory
She put the council to shame, making them hate her bitterly
Then she begins to grow, into the stronger reluctant queen
The queen she was to become(become
Was greater than any one man could anticipate(could anticipate)
Her reign was a cycle of tears and sweat, strife and grief(strife and grief)
But also an age of gold that would come(that would come)
And she would come close to the only king named The Great(The Great)
Her name would be spoken with the utmost respect, for she was their Queen Leaf
Danger on the horrizon makes the palace become a zone, of blood, sweat and tears spilled
How many lives to be spilled no one could have known, despite knowing may were to be killed
the darkest stain on the reluctant queen
From Aquitaine's plains rides in a dangerous man, set to conquer it all and enslave all whom he can
The queen sets up a simple plan, and by a few orders the war began
The greatest legacy of the reluctant queen
In battles Galicia thrives, as the armies of Aquitaine cannot win against a unmovable wall
Despite their best attempts with a thousand knives, they can't beat an army that will stand tall
for behind them stands the reluctant queen
A conquered nation results in a great expansion, a kingdom doubled in size and power
the queen governs with her distinct passion, displaying her kindness in the glory they would shower
They would love the reluctant queen
The queen she was to become(become

Her reign was a cycle of tears and sweat, strife and grief(strife and grief)
But also an age of gold that would come(that would come)
And she would come close to the only king named The Great(The Great)

The queen's life would not last forever, as her years began growing in numbers
The love she had for her friend would she forget never, as she would await her in deep slumbers
It was the death of the reluctant queen
The nation grieved as the news reached them, for she brought them glory they wouldn't ever dream of
That is why they created this anthem, so that no one shall forget why they shower her memory with love
for she was their reluctant queen
