Bisexual means that you are attracted to both genders (male AND female, in case it wasn't clear :P). Don't confuse this with Bi-curious which is when you know for sure that you like the opposite gender, but you aren't totally sure that you like the same gender and you're kinda curious on what it's like.
I am a bisexual female and most guys at my school are straight, but most girls are bi-curious (but they call themselves bisexual).
