Naib's POV- We were waiting on a match, Norton was the only one not here. That worried me a bit since Norton was a hard worker and refused to skip matches for any reason, he believes that if he should get rewards he should work for them. I decided to not continue to ponder about my worries and go check on him. I walked up to his room and knocked on the door, when I received no response I decided to see if it was open. I twisted the knob and thankfully it was open, when I opened the door I was faced with Norton trying to sit up. His nose was running and his eyes were puffed up, he looked over to me and said "ah sorry I was just about to get up and get the door" he sniffled out
"Uh Norton maybe it's best if you just lay down okay" I said trying to reassure him that he shouldn't get up
"I was going to head downstairs but I overslept and I didn't know if I was going to make it down in time, I'm late arent I?" Norton frowned
"No Norton, it's alright! Uh I'll go tell the others you're not feeling so well, and then I'll ask Emily if she can come and see you. For now PLEASE stay in bed so I know you're safe okay?" I told him, Norton sighed and nodded hesitantly. After getting his approval I went back and told the others, and got Emily to come check on him.
"He should be fine! He just needs some rest and medicine" Emily happily concluded
"Alright" I sighed in relief
Emily left after giving me some instructions on what to do. I put a cold cloth on his forehead and asked some others if they could make some soup for him while I watched him. Right now he is sleeping peacefully. I know he probably feels like trash but I hope he feels better soon. He's so cute when he's sleeping... I thought to myself while glancing over at him. I quickly brushed those thoughts away when he woke up.
"Hey Norton, are you feeling any better?" I asked
"yeah actually thank you Naib!" he lightly smiled
"That's a relief" I smiled
"awh don't worry to much dear" Norton told me
"hey i'm your boyfriend it's my job to worry" I huffed
he laughed before opening his blanket for me to join him, I knew I was probably going to get sick as well.. Do I care? Nope! ( A/N: Snuggles >>> any other thing ) I joined him in his warm blanket cocoon and I was about to fall asleep. Before I did so I gave him a kiss on the forehead before joining him in a sleepy paradise.
(Bonus) the next day..
"Norton" I sniffled
"Yeah?" he said while looking over at me
"I'm sick"
"You KNEW THAT YOU WOULD GET SICK IF YOU LAID DOWN WITH ME" Norton exclaimed
"YEAH BUT YOU WERE THE ONE PROVIDING THR WARM COCOON" I huffed
And so the cycle starts..
