Harmony's Song: A Mlp Fanfic

Friends:Part one

Harmony's pov

I woke up to somepony singing. I rolled over on my side and saw Midnight trotting around mumbling and humming a song to herself. I smiled, it reminded me of when we first met.

Flashback

"You..you fixed my journal!" Midnight grabbed the new and improved journal. "And added a little bit of adjustments." I said, smiling at her happiness. The once gray journal was now midnight blue and black with a cresent gray moon in the middle. "Thank you!" Midnight tackled me to the ground, despite being smaller than me.She got off me and started dancing while singing a song I laughed and said "anything for a friend."

"Oh, hey Harmony! How ya feeling?" Midnight asked, finally noticing me. "Good." I replied simply, staring off into space. "Are we in Equestria?" My gaze softly returned to her. She nodded slowly. We sat there in an awkward silence, me staring at the crystal wall and Midnight scuffing her hoof on the ground. "Hey Midnight I'm back! How is she?" A voice called from outside the doors. They creaked open, revealing a purple alicorn.

Her dark mane and tail were streaked with pink and purple and her violet eyes looked warm and friendly. "Princess Twilight just in time! Harmony just woke up!" The black pegasuas trotted over to "Twilight" and gave her a slight hug, causing to me to twitch with jealousy. "Great! My name's Twilight Sparkle. It's nice to see you're awake Harmony." The purple pony turned her attention to me. "Of course. It is wondeful to meet you too!" I replied, not meeting her gaze. I was tired, and hungry.

"Would you like something to eat?" Twilight asked. "Oh, yes please princess-""Twilight is fine." The purple princess interrupted politely, I don't know how she managed to make something rude, not rude...but she did. "C'mon downstairs! There's food in the dining room!" Twilight trotted towards the door and waited there. I slid off the bed and made my way towards the golden door, Midnight following behind me

Outside the doors were long, empty hallways. Banners and carpets covered them. Twilight opened a door to reveal a magnificent dining room. All kinds of decorations. There were also five other ponies there.

"Everyone meet Princess Harmony Song and Midnight Mystery. They're from the Peace Kingdom. Beyond Equestria,"Twilight told the ponies. " Then she turned to us. "I would like you to meet my best friends. Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Applejack." She pointed to each of the ponies as she said their names. Midnight waved while I bowed my head. "It's a pleasure to meet you." I said. "As to you your highness." Flutteshy said kindly. "Oh you can just call me Harmony."

"So, sugarcubes what brings ya to Equestria?" Applejack asked, eating a mouthful of waffles. "Oh...it's-" I got up quickly and burst open my pink wings. Smacking Midnight in the face. "Pass the syrup please?" I asked quickly. Rarity raised her brow, but lifted the bottle with her magic and poured some syrup on my waffles. "There you go sweetie." "Thanks..." I poured the syrup on the fluffiness, then grabbed Midnight's ear with my magic and pulled her with me as I walked away. "Excuse us for a moment." I said. "Ow,ow,ow,ow,ow." Midna cried as we walked into a corner.

"What did I do?" Midnight whisper yelled. "I don't want to tell them just yet. Give a few days." I answered."But-" "I glared her into silence. "Hey Twilight!" The alicorn turned to me. "Can we explore a little bit?" I asked, suddenly feeling very energetic. "Of course! Pinkie Pie! Could you show them around please?" Twilight asked the pink earth pony. Pinkie Pie gasped and smiled. "With pleasure Twilight!" She bounced out of her seat and hopped over to us. "C'mon girls! Let's go make your welcome party!" And with that, we followed the mare out the castle.
