Lelouch lamperouge is in the high school DXD universe.
The most interesting situation would be if he born as a devil of 72 pillar. He be one of the pillar that died out in the Sacred war. He will not have his Geass.(It is inspired by a story in fanfiction named "Code Geass: Demon Emperor" by Fateion, but the story is dead)
Or
He would be reborn as a human. He will have his Geass, but will it be ability only to himself or a Sacred Gear? The Geass will not have the 'one time' retain, but will need energy to use it.
