You woke up to a door closing shut, you were conscious but didn't open your eyes yet, you heard faint voices coming from what sounded like behind the door, you just wanted to sleep
You were so very exhausted and just wanted to lay in bed all day, but finally you opened your eyes
The first thing you saw was the ceiling and then you looked over to see a vanity, and then a long off white dress, it looked like your lady's dress, you saw a wardrobe after that
'Wait a second- am I in Lady Dimitrescu's room?!' You blushed deeply and looked around your body, a silk and velvety bed, you were sunk into it, that's how fluffy and soft it was, a true bed for royalty, you were covered by a thick blanket probably to keep you warm
You slowly took off the blankets off of your body and was met with the cold air surrounding the room, you examined your body as you shivering from the fresh air lingering on your skin so suddenly
You were now wearing a white tank top with black shorts, and some black ankle length socks, they probably didn't want to put heavy clothes on you so they kept it light and minimal
Your eyes locked on the bandage wrapped around your upper waist, you started to feel a bit melancholic, getting horrible flashbacks from last night you only assumed, not knowing how long you were unconscious for
You then saw the IV sticking out from your arm which immediately unsettled you, feeling queasy from just looking at it but then you looked at the IV bag and sighed
Your eyes grew wide as you remember your lady getting impaled "m-my lady" you looked around frantically "where is she??" You quickly got up from the bed, grabbed the pole holding the IV bag and took two steps
Before you could continue the room started spinning, you got up too fast and the loss of blood you've experienced lately definitely didn't help
You fell on your knees to the ground and created a thud, you then squeezed your eyes tight to make everything stop spinning, dizziness made you nauseous "m-mm.." but then, the background voices stopped and you heard footsteps become faint, someone walking away
The door opened slowly and you heard a familiar voice
"Y/N! What happened? Did you fall?" The voice came closer as you saw a shadow cast upon your closed eyes, kneeling next to you immediately
You opened your eyes and looked up, straining your neck, it was Alcina
You cracked a slight smile and lunged yourself towards her "my lady.. you're okay!" You said softly, still not having so much force in your body
"I'm okay Y/N.. I'm okay" she said in a comforting manner "but you aren't, and you need rest, why did you get up?" She asked
"I wanted to find you.. I just remembered seeing you get impaled and then.. hearing your scream" your mouth curled into a slight frown as the sound echoed through your mind
She placed a hand on your cheek softly "shhh..shh shh, it's okay Y/N, I'm okay, I quickly regenerated.. drinking blood everyday isn't JUST keeping me alive, the blood virus makes me regenerate my cells faster than ever, so I healed in seconds" she gave you a reassuring smile
