Bakugo "The L Word"

"Katsuki I told you I wanted to help, not just sit around and watch you cook," you whined, sitting on the counter of the dorm's kitchen, watching your boyfriend make food for a family dinner.

"Yes, I know, but every time I let you do something your dumb ass messes it up. Just face it (y/n), you can't cook," he chuckles slightly as he watches you scrunch your face and pout.

"Yeah but... but..."

"No buts, cutie, I'm cooking, you can watch and be my taste-tester," that cheers you up a bit.
A few seconds later he comes over with a spoon full of sticky rice for you to try.

"Careful, it's a bit hot, ok doll?" You nod your head and watch him blow on the rice before feeding it to you.

"It's good!" You say, mouth full of rice.

The blonde chuckles, "idiot."

"Hey! I heard that!" You cross your arms, "hmph."

"I know," he walks over to ruffle your hair, "but you're my idiot."

A few minutes later, you're looking out the window, when a very pretty bird lands on a tree right outside.

"KATSUKI, KATSUKI, KATSUKIII!!!"

"What is it, weirdo?"

"A PRETTY BIRD COME LOOK!" You point outside at the bird.

Bakugo walks behind you and wraps his arms around your waist. Chuckling a bit, he sighs, "I love you, (y/n)."

You look at him, stunned, "w-what?"

His eyes widen and he turns a bright shade pink after realizing what he said.

"You.. you love me?" You beam.

He tries hard to put back on his cocky persona, "y-you fucking heard me, dumbass."

"YOU LOVE ME, YOU LOVE ME, YOU LOVE MEEEEE," you tease, squishing his cheeks, which are obviously red with embarrassment.

"Shush, stupid. One of the idiots could hear you," he says, peeking down the hall.

"You don't want them to know? Because I want EVERYONE TO KNOW! Say, why don't I go get Mic and have him announce it to the wholleeee school!" You giggle and start running down the hallway towards the teachers offices.

"FUCK NO YOU DON'T," your boyfriend chases after you, catching up with ease, picks you up and carries your squirming body back to the kitchen.
"One more word out of you and no cuddles for a week," he scolds.

"WHAT?!" you pout, "that's no fair! You couldn't handle that anyways."

"So what if I couldn't, it would take you even less time to cave in." He smirks.

About an hour later, you've arrived at the Bakugo household.

"So, Katsuki, gonna tell ur parents you loveee meee?" you smile mischievously.

"Hell no, those old hags don't have to know shit," he grumbles.

"Awww why notttt, they sure do like me," you smile wider.

Before he can say anything, the front door opens.

"(l/n)! Katsuki! Welcome! Come on in!" you hear a sweet voice chime.

"Good evening Mrs.Bakugo!" you chirp, happy to be here.

Your boyfriend on the other hand, pushes past his mother, "shut up old hag."

"WHY DON'T YOU HAVE SOME MANNERS YOU UNGRATEFUL BRAT, ESPECIALLY SINCE YOUR GIRLFRIEND IS HERE!" Mitsuki yells.

"Katsuki, don't be rude to your mother," you add, getting another annoyed grumble of curses from him.

A few minutes later you're all sitting at the table enjoying a meal, while you talk to your boyfriends parents.

"So, (y/n), how has our Katsuki been treating you?" Mitsuki asks, probably eager for a reason to yell at her son.

"Oh! Very well! Today he told me that he-" you were suddenly interrupted by your angry boyfriend smacking his hand on top of your mouth.

"Nothing. I told her nothing," he says, red faced.

He then grabs your hand and pulls you aside into the guest bathroom.

"Listen! Cut that shit out. I don't have the easiest time expressing my feelings for you ok? Stop teasing me about it. I said what I said and I meant it! So if you don't feel the sa-" he was suddenly cut off by you giggling and taking his face into your hands.

"Katsuki, I love you too... dumbass."

(A/N: I know it's not the longest, but I really enjoy writing small scenarios like this. I may do longer ones in the future but for now I wouldn't expect them to be longer than 1,000 words.
