Sun light washed over my dark brown skin. The air was warm and calming. The sudden winds that picked up, brushed my hair with smooth strokes. I was sitting on the porch in my apartment looking out across the tall skyscrapers. It was normal, police sirens occasionally horns honking, and pigeons and other birds flying around looking for food. Even though there was alot of people here, it was still calming know that I'm not alone.
