Chapter 4: The Meeting

It was time.

The UA Sports Festival was Happening. Too bad he was missing it. 

Izuku, with Lydia perched on his shoulder, looked over to Lagatha, TK, Susie in her human form, Pakura, and Renji "So, mind telling me why I had to bail on the Sports festival and say that I had a family emergency?"

Currently, all of them were walking to the PDG HQ in Japan. Which was actually far when you just walked instead of flying there or getting a ride, thankfully, they were almost there.

Lagatha looked at him with a bit of a smile, "This is more Important" She replied "Kabuto had just told us that the rest of the PDG Council is here" she told him

"And Serana had also informed me that the rest of the tribe leaders are here as well," TK told him

"So we decided to kill two birds with one stone," Lagatha told him "You'll be meeting both at the same time"

Izuku's expression quickly turned to shock as well as fear, "are you kidding me!? I-I'm not ready for this!!" He cried

"Your ready as you'll ever be," TK said with a smile "truth be told if I was you, I'd ignore all the blabbering if the council members of the PDG, they're a bunch of-"

"I'd watch that tongue of yours, TK" came a voice

They all stopped and looked ahead of them to see a middle-aged woman who had a large Ax strapped to her back. Her attire was a completely dark red Uniform similar to Kabuto's, her hair was bright red and tied in a long ponytail braid, her eyes were covered by a pair of round circular sunglasses, she was smiling at TK

TK smiled, "Why I'll be! If it isn't Mary Evans, it's been a long time!"

The woman, now known to be Mary, smiled back at him, "Not long enough I suppose" Mary said

Izuku looked over to Lagatha and Pakura, "Who's She?" Izuku asked

"That's Mary Evans, 2nd in command of the PDG within the UK, she's also known as The Red Queen," Lagatha said

"She and TK have a history," Pakura said with a smirk

"Good or bad?" Izuku asked

"Both" Pakura and Lagatha said with smirks

Mary just ignored TK and looked at the others before her eyes landed on Izuku, she walked over to him and looked right at him with a smile, "You must be Izuku Midoriya... the new Dracula" She said, "I'll be your escort to the meeting, Lord Dracula, all of you can follow, but only he attends the meeting, understood"

Lagatha nodded, Pakura just grunted as did Renji and TK didn't say anything, but they all followed her to the PDG building. As they continued to walk, TK seemed to be bothering Mary, who just ignored him, but Izuku could see that she was annoyed. Eventually, after a short while, they had arrived at the PDG HQ building. Once inside, they all notice that it was much more packed than it was before.

Mary turned to Izuku, "Please follow me, Lord Dracula" Mary said

Izuku did so and the others stayed back and he waved them goodbye for the moment. As he walked behind her, he caught up and walked next to her and looked at her, "by the way, please just call me Izuku," Izuku said "No need to be so formal"

"I can not do that," She said "All Vampires must address you as Lord Dracula"

"But why would tha-.... wait! You're a vampire!?" Izuku asked with a shocked face

Mary nodded, "Despite what TK and the other say, there are monsters who are treated with respect and those who do wish to have better relationships with humans," Mary state

"Is that why they call you The Red Queen? Because your a Vampire like me?" Izuku asked

She shook her head, "No, It's because of my rare power"

Izuku was confused, "What is it?"

"It's called Blood Manipulation, no other vampires can do it, well except for you," Mary said

Izuku thought about it, he did remember using powers like that when he fought Adrian, so she was telling the truth that he could use that power.

Eventually, they had arrived at the Meeting room, Mary opened the door and they both walked in, and when they did, Izuku saw that the room was divided into two groups sitting at a table. On the left side of the table was no doubt the PDG as both Kabuto and Ann sat on that side, and on the right side was no doubt the leader of the tribes, as Serana sat with them.

"Lord Dracula," Kabuto said "Please have a seat"

With that said, Izuku gulped and he took a seat, with everyone facing him.

Sorry for such a short chapter but this was to help me get back in the groove like I usually do with my other stories, so I'm hoping you can wait for the next chapter, which will be soon and will be longer of course, But trust me, the next chapter is going to be a doozy

Also, not a lot of stories skip the Sports festival, so I decided it might be better to keep you all in the dark about what Izuku can really do a little longer, but there will be good fights, later on, trust me, we still have stain and the Student vs teacher battles.
