"because they advance study in english and do their missed assignments on time," akaashi says, staring at you with a stoic face. "i'm sorry, okay! "you really need to focus on your studies more, y/n-san. you'll fail english anytime soon if you keep this up, you know," akaashi says, looking at the pile of paperwork on the table. "fine, fine! ill do them."

"because you don't pay attention in class."
"it's not my fault english class is boring to stay in!"
"listen. i'll make a deal," akaashi says. your earks perk up and you look at him with interested eyes. "okay. if you do your missed assignments and finish them on time today i'll..hm..bring you to the book store?" he mutters, just loud enough for you to hear. "deal!" you say slamming your hands on the table.
sooner or later he leaves the library to go home and you pack your stuff too. "dammit, this year's ending soon- do i really have to finish these?" you say, walking home.
"mom! i'm home!"
"welcome back, honey! how was school?"
"school, lunch, dismissal, library..the usual."
"isn't this year ending for you school soon? have you picked a university to go to?"
"mm, yeah. tokyo uni."
"oh! well, just try to pass this year, okay? your grades were..not so good- last year."
"alright, ill just head upstairs for a while. call me when dinner's ready!"
