During a fight with a few villains, Sero got hit with a quirk that turned him into a ghost...
Explanation - Projection is a quirk that allows one to enter the hippocampus to find different memories. The user can play memories, that make it seem like a movie, from themselves or from another person.
How the quirk works - The user has to make eye contact for 5 seconds then they have the will to see whatever memory whenever even if said person isn't in the same building. The user has the option to view with others or by themselves. ( with others it looks like this just without the eye piece. )

Drawback - Slight memory loss, trouble remembering which memories are hers, if over used it can cause a huge migraine, dry eye's
Personality - Usually kind, calm, and collected, don't make her mad, little bit dense when it come to specif things
Physical appearance - Black hair, light pink eyes ( below is just a reference )
