Search ezgif.com on chrome and go to the website. Click on effects

Click on 'Combine gifs side by side' and upload the gifs (Make sure your gifs are of same width and length Suggested size- Width : 200 Length : 150 You can resize the gif on ezgif itself)

Drag the gifs to the boxes. Note : Make sure both the gifs are pretty similar to each other especially the background. It doesn't matter if the one background is light and one is dark shade. And now save the result
Apply the filter and add text to it

The line of separation might be visible but you cannot do anything about it. (Light x Dark looks good too tho)
