Add the png. (Full body png are better for this edit than the random ones)

Add an overlay below the model.

Below the model, also add the text. (Font should be something futuristic) NOTE - Don't type the whole word. Break it down into 3 - 4 letters. Look the pic above, I have broken down 'Karina' into 'kar' and 'ina'
Duplicate the text layer, and set the layer setting as shown above.

On the text layer only, go to filters > Transform > Expansion and expand anywhere on the text.
Add your psd/filters, you are ready to go.
Suggested Psd : Cold Breeze by birthdayteam on deviantart
Suggested Filters : Any filter which results in blue - red coloring
