Why did I have to explain?

Chapter 12

Harry did feel guilty about ruining Louis and Eleanor' s relationship. But Louis went from being a jerk to the sweetest person in the whole world for him. I don't know how a person ignores such a quality. He stood up for me. He let out the secret, no matter what anyone will say. And he did all of this just to be with me. Harry thought. He went to Louis's bedroom where Eleanor was. He wanted to clear things up with her. "Harry, go away. I have nothing to say to you." Eleanor said. "It isn't your fault. I am sorry for the slap. I was hurt and angry and jealous. I didn't realise how much pressure Lou was in. I ruined it."

Harry was a bit shocked at this confession but he didn't show it. "No, Eleanor. I get it. Hurt? Angry? Jealousy? Yeah, I did feel it when Louis introduced you first time at that airport. But now that you said it, I kinda feel guilty. I got in between your relationship." "No, you didn't. I mean, you kind of did, but its not your fault. I had no right to slap you. I mean, when I look at Louis, I can see someone I can spend my life with, you know." Eleanor said sitting up on the bed. Harry was feeling a little better, now that he knew Eleanor understood. "It's hard not to love him. All it takes is a look and you're it." Eleanor said. Harry just listened, quitely. A feeling of comfort crept up on him as he told Eleanor how he fell for Louis. "Hey Eleanor, can you do me a favor? Can you not tell anyone that Me and Louis are together?" Harry asked. "Yeah, sure. Your secret is safe with me."

At 3 in the morning, Harry was comforting Eleanor, while, Louis was in the bathroom, thinking. He did felt relieved when the truth came out. But he was quite uncomfortable with the way it did. After a while, he went to his room, where he saw Harry and Eleanor hugging. "Louis?" Eleanor said. "Yeah. Hey Haz. Can you give us a moment?" "Sure" Harry replied as he walked out the door. "Eleanor, I- I didn't mean for you to find out this way. Its just that- that you were so excited for the wedding and I mean I did feel a little pressurized. Then Harry. I realised how hurt he was as I waited for the time to come. I am sorry I didn't mean to come onto you like that. It was mean and hurtful and I am sorry for that." Louis said. "No, Louis. I know I put so much on you. You didn't speak to me for three months and I panicked. I didn't wanna let you go so I just dived right in and proposed. It was a stupid mistake. But I can see that your love for Harry is true. Savor it. If not for yourself, then do it for him. He loves you more than you know. And I appreciate that. I am sorry I called him a bitch and said all those horrible things. And above all, I am sorry I pushed you to this extent." Eleano said. Louis smiled. "Thank you. Can we stay friends? I mean, yeah, it will be a little awkward. But I mean, you never know." Louis suggested. Eleanor nodded as she hugged Louis. Harry walked in and said,"Ok now, I am really sleepy. Where am I sleeping?" Both Eleanor and Louis chuckled. "I'll sleep with Lottie in her room. You both enjoy." Eleanor said and she went out.

Harry looked at Louis and jumped into his arms. Now Eleanor is no more between us. We can have the time of our life.  Harry thought as Louis slept, wrapping his arms around Harry.

After a long time, Louis was able to get a good nght's sleep without worrying about when to tell Eleanor or how to tell her. In a long time, he was able to enjoys Harry's arms around him. Next day, all the boys slept in. Johannah woke them at 1 in the afternoon. Zayn still got up whining. Liam and Niall were energetic and Harry and Louis were satisfied. Eleanor had decided to fly back to LA. She felt wierd living staying in Doncaster any longer. All the boys were there for two weeks and were enjoying every minute of it.

Louis took them to meet the Doncaster Rovers, the football team he was in. They even played a game. Harry and Louis went for a dinner date at Louis's favourite restaurant. Liam, Niall, Zayn and Harry went for some shopping, while Louis spent time with his family. Everything was great. They all enjoyd very much. They were happy. Louis was glad his mother was still shining like always. But what made all the boys very happy, specifcally Louis and Harry, was that the whole family didn't look down on them after they discovered Harry was dating Louis. They supported them.

Johannah and Anne were best friends ever since they met at the bootcamp on X Factor. She called Anne to tell her about Louis and Harry.  Anne was a bit shocked but she was happy beyond comprehension.

But no one thought about what would happen, now that Elounor was no longer.
