Description of Quirk:
Much like Shoto, their parents basically bred them into having a powerful quirk.
They can manipulate water, as well as they have the ability to manipulate air, as well. They're working on doing both at the same time, though they haven't mastered it, quite yet.
There power over water weakens on other liquids, like drinks or even mud. The less water, the harder it is for them to manipulate it.
Their power to manipulate air, though, heightens as they use it more. In battle, it will progressively get stronger as they grow more physically exhausted.
Downfalls of Quirk:
They cannot switch back and forth very quickly between their dual quirks.
The less pure the liquid, the harder it is to manipulate.
Not being able to see makes air manipulation a little harder than it seems.
