Quirk: Vision Changer
You can make people's vision worsen, even blinding them. The worse a person's vision, the easier it is to make their vision even more terrible. Of course, there is nothing to be done with those who are already blind. Unless they are colorblind and then you could make them completely blind.
The vision that you take from people can be added onto yours so that you can see farther or read smaller print. You could also transfer that vision onto someone else, letting them have the same effects. The effects of the added vision vary on how good or bad your eyesight is. It would take more added vision to let someone see things at a great distance or a tiny print if someone had 17.5/16.3 vision rather than 20/20 vision.
Bad Stuff:
Too much added vision can cause your eyes to have to strain, leaving them either dry and itchy or just in complete pain. That's the only thing.
