‘’Coach for all of us 3rd years there’s no next year that is why we want to win as many games as possible now even just one more victory will give use a ticket to play just one more time if Kageyama is the one who will give us the best chance of getting that next win then i think there is no reason not to pick him as the teams starting setter Daichi, Asahi and I have been playing together since we were rookies and frankly I want to be out there on the court with them I want to be out there as much as possible even if is just for one more rally When Kageyama is tired’’

One Month later
Karasuno have played loads of practice games but suga hasn’t gotten to play one yet. suga begins to think he will never get to play he slowly starts feeling useless he started to distance himself from the team he even started faking sick to skip practice Daichi and Asahi start to notice this but every time they try to talk to him about it but he brushes it off saying he is fine and that he is just a bit sick nut they know he is lying he stopped talking to the team interly.
It has now been a couple months since he last played he starts to feel forgotten to the point he quits volleyball daichi starts to look a bit empty. sugawara overheard a conversation between Asahi and noya talking about how much Daichi has changed since suga stopped showing up to volleyball
‘’I wish Suga was still on the team what about you Asahi’’
‘’I miss him to but im worried about Daichi and Suga they haven’t talked in months’’
Suga runs away crying trying not to let Asahi or Noya to notice him he starts debating if he should rejoin volleyball but the pain of being replaced hurt him so much he was at his lowest point he doesn’t want to hurt Daichi but deep down he knows Daichi will forget about him no time so he stays away Daichi even started to skip pracice saying ''its not the same without him it doen't feel the same it feels like totaly different game without Koshi'' Daichi even blames himself for Suga quiting the team. The pain from him not seeing Suga is so much he finaly gives in and goes to see Suga. He doesn't want to do anything again without Suga. He finaly gets to Suga's house he knocks the door to hs house Suga's mum answred the door. ''Hello mrs Sugawara is Koshi home'' ''No sorry i thought he was with you I haven't seen him all day'' Daichi rushes to find Suga he goes to Suga's faviorite spot he found Suga curled up crying into himself Daichi rushes over to see if he is ok.
''Koshi are you ok whats wrong pleaseif i did something im sorry i really am''
''Sawamura it's not your fault im not good enough''
''Koshi what are you talkingabout your perfect you are good enough promise me you'll come back to volleyball''
''I...I promise''
Suga joins volleyball again he gets to play in alot of games they in win about 90% of them Sugaand Daichi have been dating for about a month.
Suga and Daichi are on a date they just went to a ukai's shop and got some meat buns they had about a month left of highschool the got permition from there parents and they got matching tattoos of a volleyball with each others names in it.
about a month after they graduated they were on another date they went to there favourite spot Suga wasn't paying attention hen crossing the road hewas to focused on Daichi when a car was speeding Daichi Quickly pushed Suga out of the way but got hit and killed in the process.
''Sawamura...SAWAMURA PLEASE WAKE UP PLEASE PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME I NEED YOU PLEASE''Suga shouts just hoping for a miracle with pain in his voice
''I'm so sorry i didn't mean to''said the driver of the car
''SHUT UP SHUT UP YOU HAVE DONE ENOUGH I HATE YOU'' Suga shouts to the driver with a flood of tears rolling down his face.
A month later he is thinking about quiting volleyball again but remembering the promise he made to Daichi he decided tokeep layingand trying even harder he never got over Daichi and he never wants to he loves him to much hoping he'll see him again
