Peter became the most loved Keeper of Time. He put into motion many new programs to help the people. It was no longer frowned upon to move between districts, and you could choose where you wanted to work/live. The economy of Eden was thriving and the people were actually happy with their jobs, unlike before when they were born into their roles. Those who struggled were invited into the Palace to live in one of the many empty rooms. Peter made a point to be involved in the community and listen to the needs of the people, he made it rain where crops needed to grow and didn't use as many roadblocks unless absolutely necessary. He wanted the people to be safe and happy.
