this book is based on isaac foster whilst he was in school and he meets a girl named Y/N, he falls in love with her at first sight but who knows what could happen between the two beforehand?

after school i had decided to stay awhile so i could practice my basketball skills, i headed to the girls locker room to get changed into my pe/gym kit, i grabbed my water bottle and placed my bags in my locker then i headed out the locker room to the main gym.
once i had walked through the gym doors i grabbed a basketball off the rack and placed my bottle down on one of the benches, after a few minutes of doing some basketball tricks i felt a pair of eyes set on me, "ugh" i then stood there and tried to ignore it, when i tried to do my main trick i tripped over my shoe lace, "fuck" i then face planted the floor, out of nowhere someone laughed...i stood back up a bit scared but a little confident "come out...", a shadow walked from behind one of the benches, if i was being honest i thought it would of been Zack but...he looked nothing like Zack, i stood there in shock looking at his features...

he looked like a nice person but at the same time he looked like a loner...i'm in no right to judge, i just looked up at him in confusion, "hello?" i then spoke whilst looking at him, he pulled out one of his hands for me to shake, i took his hand and shook it.
"hey" the dude's voice spoke, "the name is Giyuu" (no not giyuu from demon slayer 😌) i stared at him "hello Giyuu, i'm y/n", he gave me a soft smile "nice to meet you y/n, anyways i was watching you doing some tricks and i couldn't help but notice that you needed some help" he chuckled then grabbed my hand and pulled me with him to the basketball court, i looked down at his hand and mine and froze, i then let go and after a couple of hours we had finished some major tricks. i layed down on the floor using my jacket as a pillow, then giyuu layed down beside me and smiled and looked up at the ceiling. once i closed my eyes to relax he spoke "you're pretty fun to hang out with y/n, we should hang out more..." i opened my eyes a bit and smiled back and nodded "yes, i agree we should hang out more!"
"you know...i don't see why Zack is making everyone distance from you, what an asshole" he sat up a bit and stretched his arms.
"huh, what?" i sat up next to him with a confused look, and he gave me the same look back then replied "you didn't know? he's been threatening everyone to stay away from you or something, pretty pathetic if you ask me, but who can blame him, who wouldn't want to hang around with a pretty chick"
i was sat there froze, my cheeks went a crimson red colour, giyuu looked at me with concern "you cold or something?" he grabbed his jacket and placed it on my shoulders, "oh no no! i'm alright!" i laughed a bit then he got up and put his hand out to help me up, i grabbed his hand and he lifted me up, we both headed out the gym and grabbed our stuff, once we got everything we headed outside.
"let's walk home together, we don't need a pretty girl like you to get kidnapped now do we?" he smiled and i nodded.
GIYUU'S POV
once i said that i glanced my eyes over to Zack's, he was sat behind the benches giving me a death stare, i smirked and then took y/n back home, "see you tomorrow y/n" i smiled at her and she went in her house.
whilst i was heading back to mine, someone pushes me, it was Zack. he was pissed.
"you fucking idiot!" he yelled at me starting a fight.
"she's mine, what the fuck are you doing?!" Zack yelled.
i let out a laugh then i went serious, "do you really think a girl would be attracted to someone like you? a psychopath? you're the idiot here Zack, you've never changed"
Zack stood there letting out another death stare, "i hate you so much Giyuu, you ruin everything, you're ruining my chance with y/n, don't act like you're not a psychopath either!"
i grabbed Zack's collar then looked at him, "at least i don't show my psychopathic side around others, i'd like to see you die alone Zack, i'll take y/n away from you, watch her like me more than you" i threw him to the ground, then he got up and attacked me, after i beat him up i headed home "dumbass"
Y/N'S POV
i heard yelling outside, i opened my curtain and saw Giyuu and Zack arguing and fighting, i was surprised, did they hate eachother and why? i just kept watching and i then saw Zack attack Giyuu, but then Giyuu attacked back and walked off when finished...
"oh well, i have no right to know their business with eachother, i'll just head to bed..." i then got changed in my pjs and got into bed, i placed my phone on my desk and headed to bed.
