Chapter 6

Chose his own fate

After the interview I found myself on my motorcycle.

It was late now and the sun was just setting. It was beautiful but nothing like the one on my home planet.

The planet itself was very vibrant and bright. Almost as if the saturated filter on it was up consistently.

Despite the colorful planet the sky...

The sky was fueled by white, black, and different shades of gray. Then at night everything would change.

The color from our planet would be sucked into the sky, and this was considered our "sunset".

Our moons would turn red and pink. The sky would be Black, gd, and green in an ombre.

I sighed and closed my eyes at the stop sign. When I finally opened then the light was green allowing me to go.

My locks flew back in the wind I made from my speed and I smiled as the cold air pushed against my face.

Deciding to ride around before heading off to "The Ring" I went places I'd never seen.

Abandoned buildings that were probably beautiful before the natrual cycle of decay began.

Stores I didn't know existed, and that have some pretty good food.

Places with warm, familia atmosphere's. And those with a cold but classy atmosphere came in view as I drove.

Honestly I couldn't tell you how long I rode around if you pressed the point of a gun to my head. The again if you did that, it wouldn't matter. You wouldn't have enough time to shoot me before I had grabbed the gun or used the force of my aura to melt the bullets.

I parked in front of what looked like a tin house or..canister house? Whatever.

I knocked and an eye slit was slid over. "What's the passcode mate?"

"One hit. Knock out."

The eye slit was covered again and after a few minutes the door was open. I smiled and went in. My nose immediately wrinkled. Sweat and dirt wasn't such a good mix.

I jogged off to the locker room and grabbed a key from the wall seeing I had locker, 21.

My jacket was shoved inside with my helmet and bag. My hands got wrapped in cloth, all four.

As soon as I was ready to go out I heard some folks coming in. I cringed a bit as a few then smelled like humans.

I stretched and tried to loosen it, jumping around a bit.

Squaring down I made sure my shoe laces were tied tight. "Hey lady!"

I tilted my head to look over at then human man talking to me. "Why don't you leave the fighting to the men?!" He laughed and a few other let out chuckles.

I stood up my, 5'11 frame towering over him. I released a but if my aura. Malicious.

He flinched and stepped back. "Fight me and I'll show you why I don't. Punk."

I went ahead and sucked my aura back up before turning around and tying my hair up in a bun. "F-fine I will! But you know the rules no magic! So non of whatever you just did.."

I chuckled and looked at him. "I didn't use magic. I showed you my aura...Sadly you useless humans can't do that."

He grit his teeth and looked at me with an angry expression. I released my aura "Boo." I said darkly. He stepped back till his back was pressed against the wall as I aimed it only at him.

I took it back in. "We'll meet me in the ring looser," I smiled and left the locker room.

**************

"ALLLLLRIIIIGHT! NEXT UP WE HAVE A CARASASIE VERSES A HUMAN!"

The crowd cheered and boo'd alike.

Marcesilies stood on one side of the ring and Doan on the other side.

Doan was sweating and wondered why he decided to do this. He wanted to call it off but it was too late. The ref had already called them to the center of the ring.

"DOAN AND MARCESILIES. THE RULES ARE, NO MAGIC, NO OUTSIDE ITEMS SUCH AS DAGGERS, DOG WHISTLES, BRASS KNUCKLES AND MORE. THIS IS A HAND TO HAND CLEAN FIGHT. YOU EITHER TAP OUT OR PASS OUT, NO DEATH."

Thet stepped back going completely out of the ring, "ONE TWO THREEEEEEEE...FIGHT!"

Doan swung first aiming for Marcesilies breast. A soft spot. Her bottom left hand grabbed his arm and she punched him in the stomach.

Doan started curling up, "Fuck-"

Marcesilies didn't waste time. Her knee came up to collide with his face and she pulled his arm down and let him go backing up.

She didn't want the fight to end too soon. She had to give him a chance to regain himself.

A smiled played in her lips and her dimples deepened. "Come on Doan!"

She held her arms out to her sides, "I'm wide open." Doan spat out blood then started going towards her.

The crowd had lost it's flame seeing how well she could fight. It was obvious Doan had no chance, at least not in a clean fight.

Doan ran forward pulling a dagger from his back pocket.

Marcesilies stood still. The crowd went silent. And even the ref seemed worried but wouldn't jump in.

Once he was close enough Marcesilies sweep kicked him and then kicked him in the groin as he fell with so much force he slid out of the ring.

Doan landed on some unfortunate people holding his crotch which was surely broken. His spine hurt and was probably fractured. Tears filled his eyes but didn't fall and his mouth opened in a silent scream.

His hand tapped what it could and the ref went back in the ring. "THE WINNER IS MARCESILIES! NOW SOMEBODY GET AN AMBULANCE FOR DOAN!"

The ref held his hand out to Marcesilies. She put her hand against hers and they did a "bro" hug. Then he held her hand up and most of the crowd went wild.

A few screamed that she cheated or that it was an unfair fight.

It was an unfair fight but Doan could've said no and left her alone. He chose his own fate.
