Martin's Cave
Martin hides inside his cave. There is no light to be found, but only darkness and pain.
The only thing that he could see was a screen. Just a chromebook screen, and nothing else.
There was nothing else in the world but Martin, his cave, and the screen. It was his only source of happiness, or was it? All he desired was a nap, right? Was this screen really helping?
No. he thought if anything, the screen is making it worse. But the problem was, Martin couldn't peel his eyes off of it. His cave shrouded him in darkness. It would envelop him eventually, if it weren't for that screen.
LIES!
The screen is controlling him, the teachers were controlling him. He couldn't leave this class. They were all against him. The teachers, the screen, the cave, even.
Or maybe it's only Martin who is against himself.
