Flame the Hedgehog Super - Volume IX

CHAPTER 14

Today is Flame's 7th birthday/anniversary, so I thought of releasing this chapter on his birthday. Hope you guys enjoy this chapter. 

"Hydra is coming?!" Star and Flare gasped.

"Yes, I don't know how he'll come in this fast in a number of days but somehow, he's coming, and he's close." fretted Flame.

As much as he wants to believe it's not real, he can't go back, his quills alert danger around him, and sensing Hydra is the least he wants to sense. Flame doesn't want to get fear control over his emotion, he was trained by this, he can't let this happen to him. The two looked at each other for a bit while Flame was having his moments, they knew Flame was telling the truth, there wouldn't be any reason for him to react this bad, as Star goes to Flame and holds his hands, they look at each other.

"I know it's a lot to give in, Hydra is the biggest threat we ever face in our journey. I will admit I am scared, but that doesn't mean I can't let fear get the best of me, I know you for years Flame, no matter what, we'll help you."

Just hearing what Star was saying, Flame could just smile at the motivation she's giving him. It is true they have known each other for years, encouraging him to not let fear get the best of him. Flare smiles at the two couples, it reminds him of the good old times from his universe.

"Heh, never knew you could give such a powerful motivation. Thank you." He kisses Star at the cheeks, the two blushes pink, Star giggles, only for Flare to break the moment.

"That's sweet and all, but we get some building to work on!" Flare articulated.

The young hedgehog uses his speed to get back in business, putting most of his effort in for the base, the two couples smile with confidence and help alongside him to finish the base. The power of teamwork. The wind was getting stronger as time went on, clouds were getting darker, and most of the animals were being led by Kudo. He was given the task to take them somewhere safe during the evacuation, while Abbi was to help the other Mewmans for evacuation.

Inside the Grag Rog's spacecraft, it was now sunset the other day, the bounty hunter informed Ironwood about capturing Robyn. Grabbing coffee for a sip, he as well was given the invitation to the Schnee Manor. Picking the right outfit for tonight's big day, he sees Robyn was sitting at the table in the other room, waiting for him. Grag almost forgot she was here waiting for him, just as he picked the right outfit for tonight, he went his way where Robyn was in a polite manner.

"you can make it in, found the right outfit?" asked Robyn.

"I have, thank you. But uhh, yeah, I informed Ironwood of the capture, the other happy huntress is still in Mantle in case of incoming danger." The bounty hunter addressed.

"Oh I know already."

To his surprise, this convincing was certainly calm and more civil than what he expected. In his fair share of handling conversation, this was his favorite to the very least.

"So, what do you want to tell me? It's been 5 hours since they caught me." wondered Robyn.

This was his time to tell her the truth, the truth about Salem and why the Amity Project is very important to Atlas. He remembers what Crash and Nion had told him if he ever got into a bad situation, getting into a better sitting position, he was ready.

"The truth is.. the Amity Project is an important task, it was supposed to communicate with everyone on this planet and reunite them against a powerful threat, a threat named Salem." It gets quiet when he says that name, the wind pressure goes soft from the outside.
