CHAPTER 36

Y/n's Pov

"Jimin?"

"Do you two know each other?" Jungkook asked and we both said in sync. "Yeah."

"Well that's good then. Anyways Jimin, this is MinSoo and Hobi, and guys....Jimin the history loving nerd aka my friend." Jk said showing his bunny smile and nudging on Jimin.

"I didn't think that the person who will help us today would be the person I know." I said feeling kinda shock.

He laughed and said "Good to see you all and you too y/n. So, how can I help you?"

"Well technically we just want you to translate something......ancient."

We were all seated in the study room. Quiet. As we waited for Jimin who was going through the pages, examining them.

"Well I can sure translate it but I don't think that what I'm gonna translate might be 100 percent accurate. So....do you still want me to translate it?" Jimin said.

"Do we even have a choice? You're our only last bet." MinSoo explained.

"Well this is obviously an ancient korean encryption. And the handwriting is really beautiful.

So practically what it says here is that "The control of mind. Learn to master it and you shall seek the power that hold in the stone." He said and I widened my eyes. Mind controlling? What does the amulet has anything to do with mind controlling?

"What does this even mean? Does your great grandfather likes fairy tale? It's all so fictional." Jimin said as he read further. I glance at Hobi and MinSoo and saw them looking at me too. We listened to what Jimin translated again.

"It also says 'the amulet will help you protect those in need but if it's put to wrong use then the others will rage. And when that event come about, no magic on earth can stop it." Jimin completed and we were left bewildered and agitated.

"I don't understand, is this some sort of story or something?" Jimin asked confused but I was shocked.

"W-who will rage?" Minsoo unnie asked.

"I don't know, it didn't write here. There's more but I need a little bit more time to translate them." Jimin said.

"The thing is Jimin, we don't have a lot of time. Someone is waiting for me to help them." I pleaded and he looked even more confused.

"Help who?" He asked.

"Just someone who really needs my help please." I don't know if I should really tell him or Jungkook about it. But I guess I have to keep quiet for now. Even if he's helping me I still can't tell them anything yet.....who knows what trouble befalls them.

A/n's Pov

Jimin just nodded and didn't say anything. He wanted to ask some more questions but he stopped. He knew whatever he was doing was important to Y/n and the others.

So he promised them that he will be done with the translation today itself and will bring it to them tomorrow.

Jimin went to the library to do some more research on it. It was difficult cause not many books in the library have ancient teachings. But he tried his best.

It was almost dark and Jimin was still in the library. He yawed and stretch his arms.

'I should go home now.... I've made some sense to what is written here but......what is all this....Amulet? Spirits? Talisman? I seriously do not think this is some kind of game....' Jimin thought.
