Trivia:
-before he become a ninja, he was trained as ninja, Kung Fu and combat, when he was 10. Now his grandpa given him his grandpa's ninja outfit, and Japanese weapons from his grandpa, who is in hospital, for generation, then he passed away, to pass it on to Takeru, however his family doesn't know that Takeru is gonna be the next ninja hero, and to keep its secret identity or else his families will be endangered.
-he has Ookami spirit inside of him, which is why he has Ookami mask, sometimes he can't control the wolf beast, which he can transform into real Okami, the only person to tame Takeru in beast form is Randy Cunningham
-sometimes he shares snacks with Randy, Howard and other friends, and sometimes he didn't want to share
