They're dead

Previously on Secret Agent Idol

"So what happened that got all of you to be depressed."

"Did you not read the group chat," Jennie asked me while I shook my head a 'no'. They took a deep breath as if they didn't want to tell me the reason. Jennie continues, "You see some agents went to the abandoned warehouse, to see if they could gather more Intel about who the mafia boss could be. However, before they could do anything in there, they seem to have activated trap and..." Jennie stop talking taking deep breaths looking down.

Then Kai continued for her, "They died." Everything stopped after hearing those words I clenched my fist in anger. Those people are going to pay for what they did them.

I was beyond pissed; my knuckles turned white from how hard I was clenching my knuckles. In the end I punched the wall that was next to me, making my hand bleed without me realising. Everyone that was around had stopped walking and they looked towards me but they continued walking since the bell has rang throughout the school.

"Y/n, you have to calm down before you do something you'll regret." Kai hugged me stroking my hair which slightly did help calm me down. He signalled the others to go to class. I just relaxed in his arms, as we walked to the nurse's room for who knows what reason. When we walked in nobody was there, he guided me to a chair to sit, while Kai went to get something.

He poured some hydrogen peroxide on a cotton wool and gently dabbed it on my hand and that was when I winced in pain, I looked at my knuckles and realised it was bleeding. When did that happen? I was confused, then it all clicked, it was from when I punched the wall. After spacing out for a few minutes my hand has been wrapped in a bandage to which I was grateful for. I was engulfed into another hug by Kai.

"It's going to be okay. So, cry as much as you want, nobody will see it." Kai had whispered softly in my ear;I slowly moved my hand to touch my cheek to realise something wet on my face. I noticed I was crying. I hugged him back burying my face in his chest crying my heart out for all the pain that THEY had caused; they will pay for what they did.

"They didn't... deserve to die... like that... they had family to return to," By now I was probably a sobbing mess, "But they took away any chances of that ever happening. They will forever regret ever messing with us." We had stayed like that for who knows how long, it felt like hours but it was only a couple of minutes.

I let go of him, after crying I wiped my eyes with my sleeves of my top. I looked at him with a small smile, "Thank you Kai for everything, I don't know what I would do without you."

"You probably would have went on a rampage and blown your cover." Kai says jokingly, which I laughed at. A few minutes of silence go by, before the door opened, we turned our heads to see that the nurse had walked in.

"Oh, hello there, what are you guys doing here? You should be in lessons." She said calmly while walking to her desk.

"I accidentally injured myself while walking into school," I said truthfully it wasn't a complete lie now was it, I smiled at her softly. "And Kai helped me clean my wound and wrapped it in bandages, because nobody here." 

She nodded listening to what I was saying, she looked at me and then to my hand, my eyes were probably red and puffy. "Well that's fine, let me write you both a note to let your teachers know why you were late." She smiled and started writing both of us a note, after a while of waiting for her to finish the note.

She handed the note to us and shooed us away, we walked to our lockers to grab our books that we needed for the first sections of lessons, "What lesson do you have?" Kai asked when he walked back to me. I looked at my timetable that was in my bag.

"It seems that I have History and then Maths, what about you?" I asked, while I closed my locker with all my books' and started walking with Kai by my side.

He answered, "I got business and then Art." I nodded my thoughts going back to what I was told. No matter how much I think, the incident is just there. They will regret messing with us. A warm hand went on top of my head; ruffling my hair, messing it up. 

I pouted looking at Kai, "Don't think much about it, what happened wasn't your fault, so stop thinking about it." I smiled a little thanking him we reached my class, I waved bye to him while opening the door to the classroom.

(A/N is it weird that I only just noticed that I never mentioned what time the school starts let's say that the school starts at 8:15 am and the lessons end at 10:30. Lessons are an hour long. Lunch starts at 11:45 and ends at 12:45, school ends at 3-3:30 pm if having a 6th period.)

Mr Gu Hoon turned to the door to see me who had walked in the lesson like 30 minutes late. "Why are you late? Don't you know lessons start 8:45." He said, let just say he never said it more like spat those words out.

"I'm sorry I'm late, I have a note explaining why I'm late." I handed him the note, taking a seat in the middle row by the window. I place my books on the table, Mr Gu continued with the lesson. Taking notes is tiring I had kept zoning out, kind of thankful that the teacher didn't notice.

~~~~~~45 Minutes later~~~~~

I heard the bell ring through the classroom, I looked around and people were leaving. I grabbed my books and walked out the class and began to walk to my locker to put my history books away and grabbed my maths books.

I shut my locker quickly walking off to my next class trying to avoid everyone in my path. I can't believe I didn't any attention to the lesson, ever since they told me what happened I can't get it out my head. I sigh in annoyance. I speed walked to my maths class; I opened the door to my classroom. 

I saw Jennie sitting at the back, I casually sat next to her with a small smile and we just talked until the teacher came in. It was mostly her just making sure that I was okay.

That's the end of this chapter and i'm actually super super late to post this chapter, I don't really have an excuse for not posting this chapter. But lately I've got some awesome friends that gave me some good encouragement that made me put my mind back on the story, so I thank my friends. I'll try my best to post.
