First you got to calm down, take deep breaths in and out a few times, try to relax your body. Then do something you enjoy take a day off from studying for your exams. After that, the next day you just study for about 15 mins and just take breaks every now and then, don't put so much pressure on yourself. I really do hope that this could help you.
