The next morning I woke up an hour before dawn. I took a deep breath. Today was the day I thought to myself I'm going to go back to Paoroixours and find Akuma. I'm gonna wipe that stupid sneer off his face and then I'm----

"Lisa!" a voice called from my doorway cutting me right out of my thoughts, perhaps it was a good thing.

"Hmmm?"

"It's nearly dawn we better get going." Bitna said "Uhh... are you ok? You look... I don't know, angry?"

"Oh Ummm... really?" I asked flustering red

Bitna laughed "And now you're blushing! C'mon, tell me what made you so triggered."

"Well...." She laughed and pumped me in the arm. "I was just thinking of ways to kick Akuma in the butt."

"Ahh... good idea." She said "We do need a good plan to whip Akuma's butt. Anyway, have a quick breakfast then open the portal."

We went downstairs finding Julia, Morianna, Cherry, and Lucy were already there. Christina wouldn't be going since she's...four. Aunt Rosetta still looked disgruntled with the idea of us going back and Lady Rowana and Lady Miranda were coming with us too. We ate a quick breakfast and went outside.

"I still disagree with this," grumbled Aunt Rosetta

I smiled at her "Don't worry Aunt Rosetta, we'll be back. I promise!"

Aunt Rosetta kept grumbling and I traced a circle in thin air.

"Portal," I said and sliced the middle in half. It split open, in the new transported vortex was the city middle, just seeing it made me queasy.

I looked at Julia. "Will...go on in."

She nodded and jumped inside followed by Lucy, Morianna, Miranda, Bitna, Cherry, and Rowana. I started to go in when----

"Lisa!" shouted Christina running towards me "Promise me you'll be back! Soon!!"

I smiled at the small child, she looked so much like our mother. "I will be back. I promise!"

Then I jumped into the portal, as I fell I looked back I saw the last glimpse of Christina waving happily and Aunt Rosetta crying.

"Coserers!" I shouted and the portal closed.

"Oof! Ouch!"

"Looks like you landed on your butt as well." Someone said as a figure pulled me up.

"Gee thanks for noticing Bitna," I muttered. I looked around and it was completely dark. "Where are we anyway? I can't see anything."

Julia snorted, well at least I thought it was her. "Ask your portal. It led us, no, it dropped us here."

I rolled my eyes yep, that's definitely Julia... Then out loud "A lot of help Julia..."

"Why, your welcome Li!"

"Shush girls!" said Miranda "We just need some light then we know where we are. I know we're in the palace for sure."

"Hmm... is there a stick anywhere or wood? I can make fire."

"What do you think Lisa?" asked Julia "Like we can magically grow wood!"

If I knew where she was I would've totally thrown a piece of metal at her. I sighed "You're the one who's talking Julia....since y'know you're the Phoenix of Nature."

"Well...uhhhh---"

"Can you guys stop bickering?!" shouted Lucy "Julia if you can magically make wood appear please do it!"

"Ok well...I can't so....."

"Ugh fine." I opened my palm and flames danced on it tickling my fingers. "Meet our torch...my amazing hand."

Morianna scratched her head "If you could do that, why were you asking for wood?"

"Because then it's more safe and I might not burn everything."

"Brilliant," Julia muttered then smirked at me. "Well great. Let's follow Li the Mighty Blowtorch."

"Please don't." Morianna and I muttered.

Lady Rowana sighed "Sometimes children never change."

Meanwhile, Miranda, Lucy and Bitna were looking around. There were shelves or spears and swords, and a whole wall covered with bows and baskets of arrows."

"I know where we are," Lady Miranda said "We're in the armoury room."

I looked around "You're right...just uh...what happened to all the shields? If I remember correctly, the armoury should hold around two hundred shields."

Morianna stared at me "You're really crazy about studying aren't you?"

"No! Call her Li!" said Julia

I sighed "Whatever... and it isn't my fault I was born with photographic memory and Lady Rowana made me read like almost all the books in the palace library."

"She did WHAT??!!!" shouted Julia "Would I have to do that?!"

"No shut up." I said, "Come on let's get outside."

I opened the door and turned around. Pointing at me were fifteen arrows and fifteen of those missing shields.

"Lisa Rosetta Arianna Allen Wang.... We meet again." came a familiar sickening drawled drunk voice.
