It has been four years since the now named izuku midoriya has been brought into the midoriya household. Between these four years, hisashi had to move away to America for work.
Izuku, for his age, was a strange child. He played with other kids and did stuff other kids would do. He was very social and had a lot of friends but, there was one thing that made him different, he didn't want to be a hero.
The one thing that every child wants and stives to be, he held no interest in. But besides that he was perfectly "normal". Right now he was at school during recess. He was playing with his rambunctious friend right now.
Her name was rumi usigama (I'm pretty sure that's how you spell it, if not pls tell me). She was being her normal self and playing hero. She developed her quirk recently and while really cool, (at least, izuku thought so) people thought it was weak.
Her, being the fiesty girl she was, always tried to fight the people who told her that to prove them wrong. Most of the time she lost, (being four really didn't help either) but sometimes she won and izuku was so happy with her, he bought her ice cream to congratulate her. Whenever he did that though she was always a blushing mess, izuku thought that was pretty weird.
While they were playing hero and villains, (izuku didn't like the game, but if it made rumi happy, he would play) a bunch of 4th graders showed up and Started making fun of rumi. "Oh look, it's a bunny girl, we should call PETA and ask them to put her down." One of them said.
Izuku didn't understand the phrase "put her down" but he new he didn't like it. So before rumi could retaliate, he was running at the boy who said it.
"Oh look her little boyfriend is coming to protect her, I'm sooo scar-" before he could finish izuku was infront of him punching him in the stomach sending him a good 10 meters back. Everyone stood there, shocked at what izuku just did, before the other bullies got scared and ran away passing themselves.
(A couple of seconds ago, izukus POV)
I started running at the guy who made fun of rumi and he started saying something. I didn't care and wasn't listening. While I was running I heard a voice in my head say 'strengthening magic, legs.' And then I shot off at him.
Maybe it was because of the adrenaline or maybe it was because I was so angry, but I didn't even question it and reared my fist back. Before I launched my hand forward, again I heard the voice in my head say something different but similar.
'Strengthening magic, arm.' And with that, I punched with all my force sending him back around ten meters.
(General POV)
after a couple of seconds of shock rumi shouted"IZUKU!! You got a quirk!" with a vicious smile which made izuku heat up for some reason. "I-i do?"he questioned at first before beaming and shouting "I DO!" But a very small part of izuku whispered that it wasn't a quirk. Izuku ignored that part.
