Chapter 1

~Filip's Point of View~

"Let me out of here!" I yelled from the locker. Bullies always lock me in here every time during P.E.. I just don't know why. Is it because that I am almost good at any sport? It's just not fair for people to be envious with each other. Neither the victims deserve this, and they shouldn't even get revenge on those who had did these things to them.

"O Filip, where did your foe hid you my friend?" A familiar poetic voice came to my senses when I stopped banging my locker door.

"He must've been locked in his locker again!"

Those were... Katie and Felix?

I heard a 'click' and the locker door swung open. A Lola cat and a fox were standing in front of me. I knew I heard their voices right.

These two are Felix and Katie. They are two years older than me and one of them had their seat next to the window so they must've had noticed me absent for P. E.

"Let me guess... You got locked in your locker again?" The Lola cat, Katie asked in a soft voice.

"Yeah, I did, " I replied. "Oh, and by the way the teacher might be searching for us by now."

"Don't worry," Katie replied. "Felix was like a slippery snake that no one had notice we are gone!"

"What can I say?" Felix spoke up as he smiled. "Thy friendship makes us fresh. By William Shakespeare."

"Well, what are we waiting for? To the Gym!" I said when I ran out of the locker with my two friends.

I am grateful to have friends like these. Let me tell you about them. Katie is a great friend who is always ready to help you out in any situation like when your injured or something she will always have her medical kit around. Even bullies. However, there is one thing she can't help about it. You see, when she is very quiet and sitting or standing around without noticing anyone around there, that means she is thinking very deeply. I mean really deeply. She really wants the best for people, including her friends. This makes her really distracted by her thinking though.

Felix... Uh...

Yup, he is a performer. Whenever you're locked in a locker, or you lost your keys, Felix is there to pick the locked locks for you. His mother, who is an escape artist, taught him that trick when he was little. He says pick-locking takes years to succeed. Which, I am practicing right now... The fact is, whenever there's crazy fan girls, he can't totally handle it. He is afraid of them. Every time he walks down the halls, girls go screaming because of his great looks, great singing and very is very talented in any performance, including acting.

As for myself, I am what people call a nerd. Well, not the type of nerd who wears glasses like what people say. I am very active in sports, my studies and of course, design and technology. My dream is to become a mechanic to help my father at his workshop. You see, when I was little, I love cars even until my parents bought me a toy car on my birthday every year, until I turned 10. That was because I was fascinated how cars worked to develop our everyday lives. Since by then, I want to help my dad to work at his workshop.

I had also had other friends like Kitty, Tigry, Baren and Willow. Kitty is around my age, who loves cooking, reading magazines, and do gardening in her lovely garden. She is around my age and is very diligent and friendly. Tigry is a son of a soldier, descendant of a fierce warrior. Although he is big and strong, this big guy has a big heart and is very determined. I was afraid of Baren at first because of the look of his face but actually he is very calm, empathetic and sleepy. Like really sleepy. You see, he lives near the forest and loves fishing for carp during the night because it'll be easier to fish for fish during the night or at before dusk. Willow lost her parents because of a crime they did (I think they were framed) and her little brother was missing when she was younger. She is caring and highly intelligent and at times, she is like the our group leader. She now stays with a somewhat criminal calle ead Rash. And who says criminals can't change?
