We get back to the party, and see a fight happening. "What the fuck, are they doing?" I mumble to myself as I put the car in park. James is pulling Zack up off of Cody while Brock holds Ricky back. I walk up to Dustin with Maddilyn right behind me, "What happened?". I ask.

"Cody popped off to Zack about Mad. How apparently Maddy told someone she doesn't even give a shit about Zack and is hooking up with someone on the side. Zack tried to blow it off and told him to shut up about it but Cody brought up the whole Maddy is to good for you thing and I guess it sent him over the edge cuz next thing ya know kid is laying on his ass." Dustin explains.

I look at Mad, she looks defeated. I need to figure out what to do about her and Kato. Cody wasn't completely wrong about Maddy hooking up with someone else. Just the fact that Mad doesn't have a choice and cant tell anyone, that's the only part he left out. How did he find out about that anyway? Someone is leaking info, I need to find out who. It could very well be Kato, which if that's the case, I'm not sure why since he is making Maddy stay quite about it. If its one of his boys he would most definitely kill them, they wouldn't dare. Maddy hasn't told anyone, Unless someone saw them together at some point. I need to talk to Cody.

"Hey Mad, go check on Zack I need to do something really quick." I need to make sure she stays with one of us until Kato is gone.

She grabs my arm before I can walk away, "Please don't leave me Jax." She says quietly.

"I will be right back, I promise. I need to talk to Cody. Just stay with Zack." I tell her before walking into the shed with James, Cody, and Colon.

Cody is up on the table with an ice pack on his head, "What Jax?" He barks.

"I just wanted to check on you, I was gone when that whole thing went down, what even happened?" Trying to ease my way into the conversation. Cody doesn't particularly like me, but he does love Maddy, I can use that.

"Zack's a fucking PRick." he spits.

James smiles at me, almost like he is agreeing with Cody. "He gets a bit sensitive when it comes to Maddilyn, Don't ya think?" he asks.

"Yeah, I guess he can be pretty protective of her. I heard something about her hooking up with someone, Do you guys know who?" I start digging for dirt.

"From what I see, I think you know?" James says with a smirk.

"No I don't think I do. Care to elaborate?" If I'm catching this right I think he is referring to me. Which obviously is beyond wrong.

"Jax, Don't play dumb, we know." Cody snaps.

"What are you talking about??" I ask.

"Kato told us, you and her have a thing going on. That whole thing with you running off with her kinda proved it to. Since Kato was just trying to have a normal conversation with her and you got jealous and drug her back to your truck." James explains, while taking a drink of beer.

I Laugh, "Are you guys seriously that fucking stupid? If I had something going on with Maddy, I would be the first to brag. She doesn't like me like that, plus she's a virgin, and I don't do relationships I think our prerogatives don't really line up, don't you?" Just then I see Maddy walking in.

"I guess we can ask her then cant we." James says with a smug look. "Mad, you got something going on with Jax? Do you like him, more then just a friend, or roommate?"

"I want to talk to Cody, I'm not talking to you James." Maddy says.

"So, your not denying it? Does that mean, its true?" James looks at her then over at me.

Zack walks in, "Cody, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have lost my shit. You just annoy the fuck out of me."

"I don't know why you have to start shit with me, when Jax is the one fucking around with your girl." Cody says hopping off the table and walking into the side room.

Zack looks at me, and he looks pissed. "The fuck did he just say."

I shake my head, "No, he is lying. There isn't anything going on with me and Maddy, you know that."

"Well, that's not what everyone else is saying Jax. Not to mention Maddy still has yet to deny it." James blurts out.

Zack turns to me, "Is that what that whole thing earlier today was about?" Zack asks, I can tell he is falling for this shit.

"What thing? Honestly Zack, I have no idea what is going on. I wasn't here when this shit went down." I try to explain.

"When Mad, sat on your lap in front of every one back at the house. Looked like you two were pretty comfortable with that. I mean you had been flirting with her all day." Zack says getting in my face.

I back up trying to explain before this becomes an issue. "Zack, I always flirt with everyone, so yes I was flirting with her, she's gorgeous what do you expect. But we do not have anything going on. I wouldn't do that to you."

"Zack I don't have anything going on with Jaxon." Maddy says.

"Then where were you during all this Jax?" Zack asks.

I roll my eyes. If only he knew. "I was with Maddy. Down the road."

He grabs my shirt, "So the fuck you mean you don't got anything going on." Just as Kato walks in.

"Hey, I can solve your whole situation you got going on right now." Kato blurts. "I have a picture of earlier."

He pulls the picture up on his phone and hands it to Zack. "Cant really lie your way out of this one Jax." Zack turns the phone to show me. Its a picture of me standing outside my truck leaning in, hugging Maddy. It does look pretty bad in this situation. I shut my eyes and scrunch my nose before dropping my head. *Fuck. Kato is setting me up right now, that fucking bitch*

"That isn't what it looks like Zack, I was upset and he was just trying to..." Zack cuts Maddy off, "Just trying to get in your pants and you are stupid enough to let him I'm sure." My jaw drops. *Did he just say that*

"Zack that's completely uncalled for. Your acting like us being together would be the end of the world. When we have never even once thought of it. Maybe if her being with someone else bothers you so bad you should try, I don't know, commitment but your scared so that'll never happen. Hate to break it to you Maddy, he doesn't know how to be anything more then a fuck buddy now." I say.

Zack laughs before rearing back to hit me, I let him since it isn't worth fighting. I spit out the blood then Maddy pulling me to her, grabbing my face to make sure I'm okay, "Zack that the fuck is wrong with you. Jax are you okay?"

"Looks like your little girlfriend can take it from here Jaxon." Zack says before walking out with James and Kato.

Colon walks up to us, " I know your not lying guys, but Kato isn't worth trying to fight it. Just take it for what it is, or you'll unleash some serious fire." He says before walking out.
