Megumi's POV

"Megumi..." She said while his hand was still on her cheek, he looked the way her pink lips whispered his name and he was suddenly now conscious about his surroundings.

He quickly withdrew his hand and leaned back his face red as a tomato, scratching the back of his neck. "You had something on your ugly face." He mumbled and flicked your cheek. "There it's gone."

"Ouch!" Y/N yelped in pain rubbing her cheek where Megumi flicked her. "You dick... Did you just call me ugly?"

"Yes, what about it." He said as he sat down on a small table outside the ice cream parlor.

"Says the one with ugly ass hair."

"Hey! What's wrong with my hair?"

"hEY! wHat'S wrOnG wiTh mY hAiR?" Y/ N mimicked mockingly at him.

Megumi honestly couldn't resist and let out a loud laugh. This is something only you could achieve if someone else does what you just did he would have gotten mad. "Come on, sit already your ice cream is gonna melt," Y/N grumbled as she sat down lazily moving the spoon around the ice cream with a frown on her face. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing."

"Come on tell me."

"No."

"Pretty please?" He said giving her a small smile. "I'll buy you another one."

Y/N gulped and said something Megumi couldn't hear.

"Sorry? Speak louder I can't hear you."

"I said," She said loudly but then lowered her voice again and looked away. "Do you really think I'm ugly?"

Megumi was taken aback by her question, of course, he didn't think that Y/n was ugly in fact, he could say that she was the prettiest girl he's ever met from head to toe. He liked being around her, he liked talking with her about superhero movies and how Church separating from the Estate was quite revolutionary in human history.

He liked that he could talk about anything with her, from the dumbest thing to an adult-like conversation. Heck, she would even help him with his homework the girl was really smart and he liked that a lot.

He also likes when you look at him with those breathtaking eyes. Those damn eyes made him feel things he couldn't quite explain, and when you get too invested in explaining something he can't help but stare at your lips...

Just like a moment ago, he wanted to kiss you so badly but he's never kissed a girl before, shit, he's never had a girlfriend so he doesn't know how to deal with this kind of stuff nor he doesn't know how to make a move on you without making it weird.

Plus, he thinks it would be kind of awkward since you kinda live together. He tried talking with Tsumiki about it and she just told him.
