Kayla's POV

I wake up because I feel something licking my face. I open my eyes and the first thing I see is my puppy. I still haven't decided what to name her. I look to my left and see that Peyton is still asleep. I turn over and then kiss him and he wakes up. "Good morning beautiful!" I smile and then start to blush. Did I mention how sexy his morning voice is.

"Morning handsome." I say back.

"Did you figure out what to name this cutie pie?" He says while picking up the puppy.

"No, I can't think of a name."

"They say to name something you love after someone or something." He says. That's when it hit me.

"I think I'm gonna name her Jasmine." I say.

"That's an adorable name. What made you think of that?" He asks. I really wish he wouldn't have. I cry whenever I think about it.

"Um, can I tell you something that I have never told anyone before?" I ask him.

"Of course."

"Well when I was born I actually had a sister, but she died at birth. We were actually identical twins. Her umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck." I said, but I started crying. Peyton pulls me into a hug.

"Ssh. It's ok, I'm sorry. I almost died like that." He try's comforting me by saying that he almost died?

"That doesn't help me cheer up. I can't imag-gine not ha-having you here too." I say, choking up half way through because of how much I'm crying. Then Jasmine comes up to me and starts licking my face and I start laughing. "Haha," I pick her up, "Are you hungry girl?" I get up, Peyton grabs my hand, and we walk downstairs with Jasmine following behind us to get her some food.

Back in Peyton's room after Jasmine is fed and brought outside to go to the bathroom

"Hey Pey, can we take her for a walk?" I ask him.

"Sure, lets get dressed then we can go." He says and we go and get changed.

"This is nice just walking her." I say while pointing to Jasmine.

"Yeah, it's peaceful." Peyton says. He puts his arm around my waist and we keep walking. My phone starts ringing and I take it out. Jackie is calling me. I answer it.

"Hey Jackie!"

"Hey, I haven't talked to you in awhile." She says.

"I know, what are you up too?" I ask her.

"Nothing just hanging out with Sarah. Hold on she wants to talk to you."

"HEY KAYLA!" Sarah screams in my ear and I have to pull my phone away from my ear.

"Hey Sarah, how are you?" I ask her.

"I'm good, can you FaceTime?" She asks me.

"Hold on let me ask Peyton if he wants to."

"Alright!" She says and I turn to Peyton.

"Do you want to FaceTime with Jackie and Sarah?" I ask him.

"Sure, I'd love to meet more of your friends." He says and I put my phone back to my ear.

"He says that he wants to."
